  3. BC was the drug capital when I was a teen and still is. I am 70 years old now. Disgusting place.

    1. Pretty sure if a 12 year old OD’d 3 times social services or someone would be involved. Like wtf!? Sounds like mom didn’t do much to dissuade the drug use.
