New legal guidelines suggest that people who abuse others on the internet could face prosecution. The proposals for England & Wales would mean possible court action for people caught creating derogatory hashtags or images or inciting others to harass people online.

Why are they wasting time on this? This wouldn’t achieve a thing Joe than
the war on drug and terror. It there is vital area they can launch a
serious offense against and that is on the reckless financial, advertising
and political schemes and techniques that are wrecking our social, moral
    and civilize world structures.
