Sudanese government reportedly using chemical weapons to quash unrest


Claims that the Sudanese government have been using chemical weapons against their own people have prompted charities to ask when the international communities will make serious attempts to resolve the crisis in East Africa.

Maddy Crowther is the head of communications & research at the charity Waging Peace and explains how the reports of chemical weapons use isn't surprising.
