  1. There really isn’t a difference. They fear him because the base loves him and some Trumpier republican will primary them if they go against him.

    1. It really doesn’t matter, though. The trumpian base is tiny and can’t carry any elections outside of flyover land.

    2. Only problem with impeacyis we’re stuck with Pence. That means mandatory butthole checks for “gay sinners”. That idiot vowed to elimate the gay gene. He’s a simple minded bigot.

    3. they love him because fox news covers his bottomside for them, he himself lies to them on twitter and in his never ending campaigns and when he speaks endless lies its covered 24/7 on all stations. So he gets his version of reality to them. The congressional republicans ought to have some aides countering the callins and emails with counter info. They ought to be trying to issue together and separately counter info. In order to give them room to operate within our real reality.

  2. “I am disgusted by the conduct of Republican senators who pose as reputable people, but shamelessly hide under rocks instead of calling out the president’s horrendous behavior as the gross misconduct that they know it to be,” Don Ayer

    1. Here comes the GOP. Better hide the children.

    2. if they mess with him they wont work for us any more and I think they understand that by ow we cut em loose . one by one and a RINO is just as bad a a liberal communist

  3. You see Trump call the emoluments clause phony today? Trump you don’t get to pick and choose what parts of the constitution you up hold

    1. @Randall P. McMurphy Only legitimate presidents are subject to term limits. So he can stay president forever as long as people keep calling him illegitimate.

  4. Here’s an idea… instead of pandering to racists and imbeciles, how about the GOP try to raise the bar, educating voters rather than trying to appeal to the lowest of the low?

    1. @The Reaction As someone who grew up in the church I’d say that the blatant hypocrisy, hatred of the stranger, and love of money in direct violation of Jesus’s teachings have done far more to drive people from the church than any single atheist ever could. As for the rest, if you provide people with facts, they tend to draw their own conclusions.

    2. @DOUGLAS HOTCHKISS I will give up my firearms and the right to own them as soon as the rest of the world and humanity does. No man or woman deserves to have the right to do so while mine is stripped away from me. Nothing I hate more in life then tyrants and traitors.

    3. @Julian Birch Well buddy, whatever your political stance, it was great reading your intelligent and highly insightful summation of the current zeitgeist.
And here’s to the messy middle, that hallowed ground in which most people actually exist when away from their online tribes! Salute!

    1. That’s a bad idea. I want to know how my Senators and Representative vote on issues so that I can re-elect them or fire them when their term is up.

    1. Jim Pyre Do you think he can’t read, or is it vanity and he doesn’t want to wear or be seen wearing specs?

    1. @Peyton G …that describes every dumbass cuckservative snowflake in your entire dubious genepool, much less every single one you know… oh and I even forgot about y’all thinking Hitler and Elvis are still alive and Bigfoot, the Loch Ness Monster, and professional wrestling are real… keep on drinking the kkkoolaid, ding-a-ling…

    2. @yellow dog buddy you haven’t provided a single fact in any of your childish speels. All you’ve done was display the behavior you claim the opposition displays and your peers are feeding your childish and unconstructive banter. That’s a visual representation of the far left (bc im a moderate democrat, you are CLEARLY a far left conspiracy theory liberal). It’s called confirmation bias, it’s the reason you don’t live in reality 👌

    1. colonel 100 When the Judicial branch is full of corrupt establishment types—of course we should fear the deep state.

    2. Lonnie Nelson Like those four democrat senators who threatened to withhold aid from Ukraine if they didn’t investigate Trump last year. Or how about the last administration laundering billions of our tax dollars in Ukraine 5 years ago. How about the gun running from Benghazi to ISIS in Syria 8 years ago. Democrats don’t care because they voted for a lady who stole from Haiti to pay for her daughter’s wedding.

    3. @Sonny Tuft the deep state – a lie made up by trump so you can blame someone when he fucks up

You didn’t even know what “deep state” was until trump made it up

    1. Republican politicians are not to blame for that maniac in the White House . He’s a disgrace and shouldn’t reflect the party . I do blame his supporters for their unshakable devotion to him just to oppose the left . reckless people

  5. Republican politicians have been caught flat footed. They never realized how HORRIBLE their constituents actually are.

    1. @Hurtle007 sorry for your pain, hopefully you will be able to endure 4 more years of MAGA because Don is not going anywhere except his second term.

    1. @Resunoit Well it’s good I give two shits for your “personal” opinion and good you dont get paid for it it was unwarranted and really not gonna change what I said carry on. Stop trolling my fucking comment dickhead

    1. @Bovine One You know he fucked up and you can’t defend it, so you resort to whataboutism.

That’s fine, there are plenty of shithead leftists just like right0wingers. However WE ALL SEE that you can’t defend the fucking moron.

  6. Damn!!! Joe Walsh got bars… “he doesn’t know how to read, somebody should show him a picture of the constitution.” 👏👏👏😂😂😂

    1. @FREEUNDERRATEDMUSIC He’s functionally literate, yes. He’s definitely not a reader. According to himself, he watches broadcast news (and other tv) mostly. While this is true for a lot of regular civilians, it’s a problem for a President. Presidents get a ton of paper-based information like classified briefing papers, CIA and State department memos, talking points, etc. He’s opted out (something that shouldn’t even be an option but President comes with a whole host of powers including willful ignorance) of the PDB and several other classified briefings. If anyone thinks he did any sort of reading up on the current conflict in Syria before making his actions there, I’d have to say they’re overly optimistic. A regular citizen being told that millions of lives are at risk would not only consult as many possible experts as they could, they’d do a crapton of background research before making a pronouncement. Trump is the opposite of this – he jumps in/out of conflicts regardless of what his expert advisors say and without being self-taught on the issue.

  7. The only reason they fear him is because he has given them access to funds that are not legal/legitimate. Just watch. More and more of the Dunes, Jordans, etc. will be found out. Greed in that party is horrendous.

    1. @Sam Adams Sorry, but he literally said the words “phony emoluments clause.” Trumpturds are freaking out because all of this is being caught on video. You can’t invent a new meaning for what Trump stated CLEARLY! Sorry.

    2. I’d exercise some restraint before indicting the American people and declaring what we’ve “come to.” Such a broad generalization is ignorant & poorly stated.

    3. @Hominini He said, “you people and this phony emoluments clause…” and then immediately moved on to, “and by the way…”, so he never finished the statement. Only Trump can say for sure what he meant. Sam Adams has a very reasonable interpretation. Your interpretation is not very reasonable.
