Indeed. selfless acts to help people who had a adequate time to evacuate when there was a mandatory evac order. Now we have to spend taxpayer dollars rescuing them. Forgive me if I have little sympathy.
It’s called freedom of choice, govt doesn’t tell the people what to do, the people tell the Govt what to do. Russia is looking for more like minded order followers. Remember what happens to people who have the govt order them around, they end up in rail cars.
