This is so sad
“It’s not my dog” too many people are careless with these dogs that people can’t walk in their own community.
And parliament deliberates while Rome burns.
Ultimately, registration of all dogs must be mandatory and all unregistered dogs must be culled. We can’t move forward as a country if public spaces are unsafe due to wild dogs, gunmen and mad coaster bus drivers. We should cull all of them.

There is no way to contain the animals so they be charged. The premises isn’t secured and if 1 dog is agitated then others from near by would come.
