The thing is he didn’t just fool around with Lewinsky, he lied to Congress about it while they were investigating him for sexual misconduct issues. (And I wholly reject Clinton’s argument that sexual activity that does not include vaginal penetration doesn’t count as “sexual relations” and hence it was not a lie.) Hence, Obstruction of Justice and Perjury.
These charges have to be treated seriously, or the ability for Congress to put checks on the power of the presidency is seriously undermined. The mechanisms of justice (imperfect as they are) cannot function if the simple standard of honesty is not upheld. So I’m not inclined to trivialize the charges that led to Clinton’s impeachment.

100% of me has supported Trumps impeachment since week 6 of his first year in office.
I supported his impeachment from being allowed to even enter the presidential race. He showed his true colors then and have lived them way beyond my worst expectations being a Russian asset.
