He the best so far. Loved when he check the Defense when the Defense tried to over simplify everything and Tobin stopped him and msde it clear to the court, Defense, jury ,judge that it is not that simple. That the knee sufficated Floyd and killed him and also drugs did not kill him. 46 years baby

@blessethishe I am for justice. This is heartbreaking to me. I watched all videos starting when Floyd was in the store. He looked high, yes but got a pack of cigs with a counterfeit $20. Cannot believe this is a reason to end his life Our Father in Heaven 🤷‍♀️🙏

Defense is grasping at straws trying to dance around for anything other than his client suffocated Floyd. Like my goodness. Get it together. Why would the defense even want to try and sway, did he not see the video?

Incredible witness, for the Prosecution! “George Floyd was trying to breathe through his fingers”!

  3. Did anypne notice Chauvin was the only one wearing gloves. Day one watching him methodically putting the gloves, he was going to touch him, he planned as he walked to GF. He had a plan, he carried out that plan, 1 more dead.

That *Death knee, unauthorized use of deadly force* should be a *felony crime* since he used it *recklessly* and by *Minnesota definition* its *1st Degree murder* if *causes the death of a human being while committing, conspiring to commit, or attempting to commit a felony crime and the death occurs under circumstances manifesting an extreme indifference to human life.* Chauvin thought he could get away with committing a felony crime thus killing a man in the process.

None of those race soldiers were even bothered after killing another human being. They all conspired. They waited till the main killer got there and took him from one car to another then placed him on the ground to finish him off. They all knew their part. All of them were calm and exerted no force because he was already handcuffed. Floyd at no time expressed anger towards these murderers. I hate these people.

@Preston Parks Do us all a favor and never call 911.

    • Taylor Alexander | April 8, 2021 at 11:47 PM | Reply

Probably right because apparently they knew each other. I read that they used to work together so maybe he really didn’t like the guy

    • @Preston Parks And also, Tou Thao, the one standing and conversing with the crowd, Even the look on his face is creepy.

  4. I really hope! The Jury paid attention to what the most qualified witness/person so far on this trial said..

  5. Whew Dr Tobin! That testimony was EVERYTHING

  6. Pretty much killed the drug OD defense, boom.

Chauvin is so screwed. This shows he was murdered and even kept murdering him after he was dead

So let’s be clear. If you die of fentanyl, you go into a coma. George Floyd DID NOT go into a coma. With fentanyl, you experience a depression in your respiratory system, peaking after about five minutes. There was no depression in George Floyd’s respiratory system before he lost consciousness, and he did NOT go into a coma. Conclusion: Chauvin killed George Floyd.

That part, smh, this is beyond sick. Praying God’s righteous justice is served on behalf of Mr.Floyd, and sadly all of those that are soon to come behind.

Shook wasn’t the word he couldn’t didnt crack him at all u made him laugh at times but he stuck too facts as his medical training experience taught him he was defense lethal weapon I feel

I really wish they would have gotten into the neurology as well with Dr. Tobin. If he knows so much about the lungs and breathing and all on that end. He could have given them some insight on the phrenic nerves, the vagus nerves etc. These are RIGHT where Chauvins knee was, he was crushing them. This would have interrupted signals to the heart and the diaphragm. You can google them amd it’s very easy to draw a conclusion.

    • Jacquline Gordon | April 9, 2021 at 12:06 AM | Reply

The end was beautiful, where Tobin told the prosecution that to die of fentanyl you have to A. go into a coma B. have to experience a depression in your respiratory system after five minutes, and George Floyd did NOT go into a coma and his respiratory system was not depressed before he lost consciousness.

    • @Brandon Castle I’m sure the doc knew this stuff, but that would have given the defense an easy layup to shift the focus (“You’re not a neurologist, right?”)

    • @marilyn devon u watched medical examiner today? Defense pretty much made him admit there were no signs on body

  11. And this back and forth.. 4:53:30 it’s what put an end to the Overdose Argument.

  12. His actions against George Floyd do show a degree of premeditation. Maybe not at first, but come on man! A knee on somebody’s neck for that long? Is just too long! Especially knowing the officers receive training for this ‘techniques’, he absolutely knew what damages he was causing at some point during the killing. If you push somebody, will you not get a response back? To me that was first degree murder, because I’m convinced he knew the outcome of his actions after five minutes.

    • This is the very point that will win the prosecution’s argument that it was 2nd degree murder and not just an accident

    • Further more I think he can only get first degree murder if his actions caused danger or harm to other persons around him. Some sort of technicality that US law can have murderers dropped of actual 1st degree charges. I think this is what happened the Judge dropped the first degree murder charge because of that reason

@C Willis I think Floyd is black so this case is dismissed!!!! And yes I am a Democrat too!

This guy just saved the prosecutors

  14. Thank you dr Tobin!! An amazing testimony👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 that was a “nail to Dereks conviction coffin”. Finally a concrete prove for all those who said Mr. Floyd died from overdose of drugs!

Thank you Dr. Tobin for blessing us with a narrative that demonstrates police brutality even though we have black on black brutality and black children being shot at in their car seats every night!! Thank you Dr. Tobin! Flamingo and I send TONS of SMOOCHES your way! We are so blessed to have you as our pastor for St. George Floyd!!

    • @CrazyMikey4Life Amen 🙏🏻

Wow Dr. Tobin did not allow this defense attorney to twist words or try to tell this doctor that drugs played into Floyd’s death. This will be the final nail into this case. I think the jury will depend on Dr. Tobins testimony today to put this case to sleep. I never seen a Doctor with this experience ever testify in a criminal case.

    • blessethishe | April 9, 2021 at 2:14 AM | Reply

Exactly *Day 9 Dr. TOBIN* . has confirmed Just because he had drugs in his system it wasn’t enough to kill him. The Defense was focus on the drug use and tried to simplify terms to get Tobin to agree whereas Tobin stopped him and made it clear to the judge, jury and Defense *it is not that simple* . He also corrected the Defense on many statements that were *inaccurate* basically disagreeing.

The Prosecution ask what did you determine killed Floyd. He said *Low oxygen which caused him to go brain dead and the heart to stop working.* Tobin states death by a choke/ suffication *wouldn’t show up in an Autopsy.* Brusing *doesn’t change* a person being sufficated and he adds most of time it *doesn’t show up.* He explained the prone position, handcuffed behind the back laying chest first makes it hard to breathe but when you add weight on the back of the neck for 9mins. That type of pressue sufficated Mr. FLOYD.

  16. This may be the best expert testimony ever heard! Absolutely LOVED this guy!
Exposed the defense not just as weak, but pretty much non-existent.
Also made the defense attorney look scattered and incompetent.
Brutal, honest truth. Yes, you can believe your eyes.

By the grace of god, Dr.Tobin has been brought to this case to shed light with no bull,no bias and an amazing amount of intelligence and respect.

Dr. Toobin is such a badass! He seems like a great witness and definitely gave some damming evidence with science based evidence behind his testimony! If I ever have trouble breathing this is who I would want to see lol.
