@Doug Hilton What exculpatory evidence? The fact that the FBI was going to close the case but didn’t? New information came to light. Flynn’s son was involved in criminal activity. He could have been charged, but he wasn’t as part of the plea arrangement to get Flynn to cooperate and provide further information about others and their criminal activity.

@Hotspur The exculpatory evidence was that the agents that interviewed him believed he told what he believed to be true. They were trained to pick up attempts to deceive. They are many other issues with the governments case and I have listed some if them. I also said he may have committed a crime. I understand both sides of the argument. You can only see one side because you get 100% of your information from sites that are one sided propaganda. Does that make me a more informed person then you. Well yes I’m much more informed then you. You have only listened to political propaganda from one side. Very dangerous when citizens don’t take their obligation to research the truth.

@Kenneth Mcpherson actually ford pardoned Nixon for all crimes that he might have done after he got into office. it was really frowned upon by most people including republicans. So he could just pardon him for any and all crimes he might have done and it would clear him, although it would not remove the blemish it would remove any chance of a sentence. Of course that would also leave him free to testify without any 4/5th amendment protections against self incrimination……and they could FORCE him to testify then so I dont think trump will do it. just meanderings 😉 have a good evening.

Start with susan rice she is the one that says biden brought up the logan act to go after flynn and his son. She also said that she found out about flynn being investigated from obama.
The rest of them are good too. Clapper, brennan, yates, powers, mccabe all testified that they had no evidence that trump colluded with russia during top secret testimony under oath then they all went out and said they had evidence on every fake news program they could.
You will also notice that adam schiff was there for everyone of these. He presided over these testimony. He hid them from the public and he lied about what he was hearing in those closed door sessions.

@Leah Archambault The entire purpose of the meeting was to trick Flynn into lying about something to get him fired. The thing he ‘lied’ was some obscure fact, he had no reason to lie about it, he just didn’t remember properly.

Flynn had already been cleared of any suspicion when they asked for this meeting. There was no crime and the FBI knew it, they were just out to get him personally.

Flynn signed an admission of guilt on “conspiracy” (treason) charges. He had $550,000 of foreign $$ in his bank accounts! The DOJ dropped that charge if Flynn pleaded guilty to LYING! The judge went ballistic on Flynn at the sentencing hearing. He said the word “treason” out loud. Flynn was told to go back and spill more beans to the DOJ or get big jail time. Conspiracy is now BACK on the table!
Certainly Trump told Flynn to talk to the Russkies. Flynn wouldn’t do it on his own. FBI has recordings. FBI want Flynn to tell the whole truth, but Flynn would risk prison time rather than rat on his buddy Trump. That’s why Trump will do all he can to shield Flynn. It’s v. similar to the Stone imbroglio. Stone even bragged that he didn’t reveal the truth to the court.
The truth does not bother Republicans, they can ignore the truth as easily as they accept the falsehoods. FOX News proves it:
