A new study says phone calls with friends or family can help people who are isolated during the COVID-19 pandemic and lockdowns.

  1. perhaps you could always just go home to your homeland ..get over your lowliness and accept that your life is infinitely better among the civilized lands of the north with free health care and working infrastructure.
