    1. @Everything Cool None of those laws are in place where I live so its all window dressing.
Its only been one month and already people are losing their minds. Wait till its five months into this.

  1. Im here in indonesia and i can only imagine what is happening back in the usa, looking at this apparently not so good, stay safe guys

    1. @Raven R it is a shame, its as if were back in the olden days where the governments live in luxury while we are left to fend for ourself or beg for scraps

    2. i lived in indonesia for 7 years, in those years ive never had any racial conflict with the citizens and locals here, so im sure its safe to come

    1. J’ai écris la même chose que vous, cela me plait de ne pas être le seul leurs mettre un miroir devant leurs grandes gueules, commencer avec ce clown de Président bonne soirée vers le Canada

    2. I’ve heard people say they get up at 3-4am to get on to do it. They’ve had success if they do it at odd times.

    3. I’m thinking if you live in a red state you will NEVER get thru ,and that is the idea ! It’s a RED state!

    1. @One Boy One World When I said it will change the face of the planet, what I mean is emotionally, financially, geopolitically, employment and labor, societal unrest, trillions of dollars in debt will lead to further austerity by consumers and governments. Health care systems will lead many into financial hardship and bankruptcy. The costs of burying the dead if current projections hold will be staggering if not done by mass cremation. Nothing will ever be the same for people living through this time on our planet. I hope we will come out on the other side with more appreciation for life and less emphasis on consumerism. I hope that humanity comes to the realization that we are living in a global community and the current trends toward nationalism and tribal politics will lead to destruction and scarcity. If we dont start talking to each other, cooperating with and caring about each other then evil, greedy, unscrupulous people will control us with fear and hatred. I’m not sure how much longer the human race will survive if we continue down our current course.

    2. @Suzanne Snow black people lived thru 400 years of slavery and predjudice, don’t worry you folks will be fine 🖕

    1. @Hawkzblade They also purposefully told their scientists to destroy all evidence of the virus break out in their country when it was reported initially. Few Chinese scientists spoke out against it and one of them who really spoke out against it just Mysteriously disappeared without a trace in China.

And this is already fresh off the heels of China’s repression of Hong Kong and their attempts to allow people from Hong Kong to be tried in sham courts in the Communist Regime.

Now I admit it’s certainly better than the last serious protest that happened in China where they murdered thousands of their own people with machine guns and tanks. But even today they are still throwing Uygers in the West into concentration camps.

But now you expect me to believe that that same Regine who just in 2018 have their President the right to rule till he dies, is this victim of Donald Trump, that is this great pillar of strength in these u certain times and that we should be following their example and not critisize anything about them after everything that’s happened thusfar?

well its on the news now about FEMA getting states to bid for the stuff to make money for the government.
using medical equipment to rip off the dying is despicable and up to trumps standards.

    3. @Hawkzblade I don’t know if you’ve noticed as of recently, but the Media has shown itself not to be the most trust worth of sources, especially since the vast majority already have a bias either for or against the President.

Made worse by other foreign agents or just quote unquote “Journalists” That will not do their jobs and take their word for what its worth.

The biggest of which being China, who is currently peddling the lie that it was the United States Military that created the virus and put it on them, or the Trump Virus according to the NYT.

So give me this news source and let me see for myself.

And I also would like to question your opinion of the Republic of Taiwan.

    4. @G.R.S Enterprise Venator Class Starcruiser
and who in their right mind would trust a fraud and crook like trump IS.

    5. @Hawkzblade I don’t, I mean the Doctors and other professionals that he surrounds himself with, who’s lives they have dedicated to solving things like this.

I’d trust them anyway over Trump, over the media, And most certainly a Communist Regime who has proven time after time to be a threat to global stability and security, who’s pockets run deep across Western society, and who’s leaders are willing to murder thousands of their own people to preserve an image of a Socialist Utopia.

    1. how about these business who live every 2 weeks. lot of them are done for good already. so many companies operate in the red, taking out loans for payroll, i guess hoping for a miracle profit surge or a buyout

    2. Derrik Barnett exactly and you know what’s gonna happen people are gonna do the same thing when they get they’re checks lol but nah not me no way am I spending almost $18,800 in return benefits

    3. Emberly Speaks unfortunately not all humans operate the same way no fault of their own just how they were born

    1. Jaidedn TV … During a Feb. 28, 2020, campaign rally in South Carolina, President Donald Trump likened the Democrats’ criticism of his administration’s response to the new coronavirus outbreak to their efforts to impeach him, saying “this is their new hoax

Not the same as him actually calling it a hoax. Do your research!

    2. mwh. Quit paying them altogether. Not like there will be bill collectors after everyone is gone, and the economy is trashed – too many more important things to worry about than ‘small green pieces of paper’

  2. This just dawned on me for students that are out of school & is taking online classes , what about the students that can’t even afford/don’t have that type of access like everyone else does. Not everyone is as fortunate..

    1. @Damian Wayne evidently you are more intelligent than most of the adults in this comment section. Good job 👍

    2. Michele Foster wear a mask/bandana, sit in your car, stay 6’ away from people if needed. Again, successful people search for solutions.

    3. school is overrated, it’s for the social experience. home school kids end up learning more, & maturing faster. by now everyone has at least an old ipad or notebook for remote edu

    4. love the way you speak btw, reminds me of ebonics childhood in south side chicago, then i moved north side for the safety, but part of me misses the past

  3. That is what happens when the country shuts down and people still have bills to pay and families to feed. Not surprised

    1. It’s what happens when the system is broken, if the country shut down then why would bills need to be paid?

  4. THis number does not take into account all of the 1099 workers out of a job and who are ineligible for benefits. It’s probably twice that number easily.

    1. Raven R not me I see what’s going on cnn work for the government, all this big news platforms lie to you and if people don’t know they’re government can lie and be corrupt well I guess the government has succeeded in brainwashing half of America

    2. @Sauce Godxx Anyone can come on here and make claims. If someone is lying about something prove it, otherwise you’re the one lying. That’s how it works.

  5. Live in NY… the website is fucked up… Got laid off last Thursday, so far I have yet to receive any unemployment benefits. Thanks Government : )

    1. Whoa, let’s no go crazy here…how are they going to afford one-week delivery for their new ivory backscratchers? Think about that…comrade.

    1. Make sure y’all save y’all unemployed checks and stimulus checks that’s all I can say use the money wisely

  6. Question do we really need CEO’s making over $100 million a year, while nurses, grocery workers, essential personnel are doing more for the country than a CEO and getting paid way less? I dont see pro athletes doing anything that will help the average person.

    1. @Alex Warner
We wouldn’t need a donation if wealth was spread properly. Athletes are pretty much worthless compared to other professions. They are just an entertainment and nothing else

    2. YOU ARE 1000% CORRECT. THE SALARIES FOR THE EXECUTIVES IS OBNOXIOUS. no ceo is worth the kind of money they receive for what they do. I wish the corporations should wake up and correct the problem. This would just a first step toward equity.

  7. 6.6 million is only the number for the people who successfully filed their unemployment benefits. There are so many more who can’t get through the unemployment websites or phone lines.

    1. I got through the first day the problem was lots of people were not patient which given the circumstances I understand but also have to understand it’s millions of people so imagine millions of people trying to refresh an already outdated system not giving it a chance to correct itself I completed mines within an hour I just let the website do it thing instead of constantly refreshing and logging back in

    2. yuki 1 yeah it gets officially approved on the 7th problem is lots of people probably won’t see the first wave of checks just due to high volume of people who can’t get into the system
