  1. Trump spent his entire life trying to convince the world that he was a success, and his name will now forever be associated with failure.

  2. 800?
If everyone had been arrested on premises, at least 1,600 people would have spent the past 6 months in DC jail.

    1. @Rene’ P The book for DJT can be found in the children’s section next to Dr Seuss’s Whorton needs a Who, and Green Eggs & Ham.

    1. The Republican’s will take a 2nd Gamble (since it went so well the 1st time) and not comply to any and all subpoenas. I’ll say it again…Our Constitution must Evolve as we Evolve as a Society.
There are Zero provisions for a Rogue Party in a 2 Party System. Clearly, there are no enforcement provisions for subpoenas in the Constitution either. Since White Supremacy is part of our DNA…Our Constitution must reflect that and address it. Currently it does not. Any document written 200 years ago is ill equipped to protect us from anything, let alone ourselves.

    1. @Jim666 they could just be crammed with other random inmates just like they are doing with the LA prison system now that they are removing the current central jail.

    1. @zappafan11 it’s was your January 6th insurrection to overthrow the country. You are the rogues. Republicans tried to destroy our nations freedom. Still do with voting laws. You’ve gone rogue and traitor on the whole country.

    2. @RXR_Remix
You want to “piggyback” on that
      post, with a “white supremacy”
      flavored, (but “delusional” lacking,
      please), tidbit of Constitutional
      DNA ?….

    3. @Alfred Basurto
      ……. Do YOU, ma’am…

      ….wish to “expound” into
      the “white supremecy” area
      of “educational development” ?….

    4. @zappafan11 “not three, but many tens of thousands,”
you don’t understand analogies do you?

in any case, you do NOT declare victory before all the votes are counted.
everybody said for months before the election that Democrats were going to mail in their ballots and republicans were going to vote in person.

everybody KNEW the votes counted after election day would favor the Dems.

the ex-president knew this, which was why he declared victory before all the votes were counted.

you do NOT declare victory at halftime, it’s STUPID.

      “overnight when they weren’t counting”
they WERE counting. this is another lie 45 and the right told you that you never bothered to fact check.

  3. If the dems don’t put some teeth in it they might find themselves without a position next election. We the supporters want justice to be done to all the people involved in trying to take over the country. Our freedoms are at stake and it is time to step up and fully investigate and make sure justice is served.

    1. Rumor has it that the “magnetic doors” at the Capitol can only be opened from the inside.

    2. Apparently they just have to say they are sorry and that they learned their lesson to get off easy. Lol

  4. I’m still waiting for the unredacted version of the Mueller report, really what’s the point when they’re going to keep it from the American people anyway.

    1. It’s online, the WHOLE UNREDACTED REPORT! Just Google it, 24 instances of Russian collusion in the 2016 election. Where have you been??

  5. The representatives who voted against it should be assumed to be complicit and their phone records subpoenaed.

  6. When is the Justice Department going to indict the former president for inciting the insurrection? If you or I did what he did we’d be in jail so fast your head would spin.

    1. As a non involved observer I believe Garland was a poor choice by Biden. He doesn’t seem to have the backbone for the job.

  7. I am angry that their is a group of people so privileged that they are not held responsible when they have almost destroyed America.

  8. I want to know who the people were that Lauren Boebert had “touring” the Capitol a few days before the insurrection, when NO CAPITOL BUILDING TOURS had been allowed quite a while.

    1. When you admit former CIA and an FBI informant were leading the “charge,” you will understand how deep the rabbit hole really is.

  9. If judges do not put those who broke into the capitol in jail this will happen again… this is how democracy slowly dies
