  1. Always wondered what he meant by our nation’s *hydrosonic* missile defense system. Travels at the speed of water? Don’t think Boeing makes those.

    1. The only difference is you can see it right before it kills you. What good is seeing something when your weapon’s to fight back use radar to find it’s target.

    2. @darknite 123222 No.
The F-35 is exactly like the F-117 in that it is only useful as a standoff weapons DIRECTOR.
Whenever the bombardier opens the bay doors, he’s as visible as any aircraft
So instead he will fly ahead, standoff, and transmit a beacon illumination on the target

    1. @Mdlclassguy Mdlclassguy The media is to blame for the division. It’s as simple as that. They hated Trump, so they did everything in their power to make him look bad. They could not have cared less about how it affected the country.

  2. It is disgusting what our country wastes on our military. Excessive. We spend more than the next 7 largest nations combined.

    1. And we’re not at war; but we keep a military as though we are at war. It’s all to feed the shareholders of the military industrial complex; and it doesn’t even provide all that many domestic jobs. While our infrastructure falls apart, we can’t house the homeless, the middle class is shrinking, and the country is going down the tubes. We would do better to re-develop our manufacturing base, maintain a smaller military with more focus on research for if we ever do get into a war, and create a stronger more prosperous nation. The military isn’t the only form of strength needed to be a successful nation.

    2. @Jason LaCroix
That’s the thing about vets; “they” deserve it since they served. But no one else should get what they get. It’s the old “sense of relative deprivation” thing.

    3. @christina alfonse it’s not a wasted money for Russia. They are driving the terrorists you sponsored away from the country. The fact that Syrians are happy and very welcomin to Russians is a clear indication that THERE IS PROGRESS. Unlike any of the US INTERVENTIONS. BBC even covered the happy and celebrating Syrians.

    4. @keir farnum a bloated military and an ever farther reaching of kingdom expansion has been key in rhe collapse of all empires. Concentration of wealth, cities in decay, crumbling infrastructure, loss of faith and trust in institutions, along with an ever increasing mass surveillance and hostile policing. The ruling class know what’s coming. These things are all in an advanced state of failure. We’re watching America falter. We want to deny it. But, it is occurring right now.

    1. @TheDiamond2009 Bwaaahahaha! Excuse me, But WTF have you’ve been smoking! Don’t think a constant diet of McDonald’s fast food is going to give you or anyone anything but a solid form. Maybe diabetes, kidney failure, heart disease and obesity.

    2. @Jonathan Mol How about garlic pepper orange glazed chicken? But, Tbe orange has to to be dead though.

    1. No it wasn’t. Look at Biden stop acting like Biden isn’t a brainless potato. When will he hold a state of the union or even answer questions from the media? Next week? Next month? Next year? It’s pathetic!

    2. @Yahir Jimenez
What did Trump do for the country? Other than constantly lie about the economy, fail to do anything about the pandemic, and sell us out to Israel and Saudi Arabia (just like past presidents?). He divided this country like no one has ever done, embarrassed us in front of our allies, and lied constantly. Trump was not a good president.

    3. @Joe Schofield
You’re kidding, right? The Trump White House had very little contact with the media, unless you count governing by tweet.

    1. @Jason LaCroix Congress can’t even see them! That sounds pretty good to me, not knowing anything about them…

    2. @Jason LaCroix modern country ? Left or Right you’re still all using the imperial units instead of metric. It’s down to you and Myanmar… which is having a coup right now. Modern by 1800 standards, maybe.

    1. @Akashes Klay I’m not talking about homeless. I’m talking somewhat functional poor people who constantly screw their own life up with poor decisions. That’s quite a huge chunk of the struggling poor.

High school dropouts who have no desire to go back to school. People who would rather sell drugs or stolen merch on the street than get a real job. Women who just have kid after kid after kid with worthless men who never pay a nickel. What do you do about any of these people? They are tax money sinks that the middle class just pays blindly who are so disincentivized to fix their lives that they just never bother. This is the “generational welfare” crowd.

    2. @Troll Account These same people are going through a pandemic, lost their jobs because of the pandemic. You’re talking pre-pandemic. What you are ranting crazy about sounds a lot deeper than what I’m talking about. I’m talking about people who needs this extremely. Our society don’t have a livable wage. Whatever you’re talking about sound like your holding so much hate or something else and you’re not saying but putting it in this situation.

    3. @Armando Van Haaren You are half right. About half is social security. The other half is:
In FY 2020 the Medicaid health-care program for the poor was “guesstimated” to cost $670 billion. All other welfare programs were “guesstimated” to cost $1,203 billion.

    1. @Jean Roch: Trump’s father was, in fact, in Dallas signing a deal with the Texas School Book Depository on November 22, 1963. A young, petulent Donald went along as a youth spokesman for schools. While the men were hashing over paperwork Donald wandered the building alone. His father got him out of there quickly after the assassination and on a plane out of Dallas even before LBJ!

    2. You sure are gullible … The man just said it was one of the few things they told him about. The pentagon spent 1.7 trillion. Trump just talked about it. They slipped that one in just before he took office. Now they want more of your money for “new plans” and blaming Trump for all things works so well with you sheepeople. A president could never just decide to spend money on a plan on his own. Clearly you have not been keeping track of the money spent and who spent it. The 4 year witch hunt cost you millions and millions and millions and millions and millions and millions and millions and millions and millions and millions and millions and millions. And they are not done. Even after the fact they are still spending millions and millions and millions and millions to make sure he can’t run in 2024. If you can’t connect the dots better than this you should not even comment. Cement head.

    3. And not one penny to care for the United States “We The People”. After all, the GOP SENATORS need more vacations, more yachts (NEVER ENOUGH), more mansions, more of everything/anything. We must see that they are “Happy”…. they are “special”… they are ENTITLED.

      NOT!!!!

  3. There must literally be something wrong with the metal health/ culture?? Education or something with a nation that votes twice… for a guy that thinks the planes invisible……

    1. What is wrong is the belief in your own hubris – America is ‘”great” cos it can win wars across the globe. Education ? You don’t need education. You just need to believe in the hubris.

  4. He looked so stupid in that jacket. My boys wore cowboy boots when they were 3, didn’t make them a cowboy. And they were 3.

    1. @The King Of Waffles Judging by his *_tiny_* hands, if he’s hiding _anything_ behind that carnival tent that he uses as a pair of pants, it could only be a grapefruit stuffed into his codpiece. Take away the grapefruit/codpiece gear and really, …. he has _nothing whatsoever_ to hide. Too bad his tax filings aren’t like that, eh ?

    2. @navajo 82 Maybe for the cost of extra sensitive lubricant and a magnification glass & tweezer combo tool for his tiny hands. Who said he *doesn’t spend anything* for his wife.

    1. alfa zedz
But it wasn’t a failure then, Clinton just commissioned the project, surely the person to blame would be the Presidunce that refused to pull the plug when it was shown to be a dud. You could even argue that Obama had some responsibility albeit to a lesser extent obviously?

  5. Ike Eisenhower is in his grave saying “I told you so in my outgoing Presidential speech, great job ignoring me for 3 almost 4 generations.”

    1. F-35 and F-22 are both over $1,5 trillion planes and both failed … thats over $3 trillion wasted money .
F 22 was obsolete and out performed by Russians and F-35 has the nasty habit of going up in flames .
Obama gave pentagon nearly a trillion to come up with plans for new subs , those will be build sometimes after 2030 .
Yeah for sure they need hundreds of billions to make plans for a sub , then of course more money to actually build them .

    2. @Guy North been years since i saw it but, youtube now has in their free movies a documentary that plays most of his speech by the end with the background/context and interviews in between, called “Why We Fight”

    3. Then there’s also the issue of the new aircraft carrier design that has a dodgy aircraft catch and release system.

  6. Why spend money on education or eradicating homelessness when you can throw it into a failed military cost-overrun super jet? AMERICA! F#CK YEAH!

  7. My god he sounds even dumber now that I haven’t heard his inane rants of late. He’s talking about Wonder Woman’s invisible jet! You know that’s what he thinks it is!

    1. those were my thoughts on the wonder women plane. how could anyone believe anyone so stupid, unless for financial gain or they are more stupid. i really wish they would stop talking about him

  8. Just like no one respected him enough to tell him he had toilet paper stuck to his shoe, no one told him he looked like a weather balloon in that bomber jacket.
