And, yet, Air Canada feels the NEED to gouge travellers trying to return home. I sincerely hope there is NO aid for this company, who, once again, have proven they are not worthy of our tax-dollars. I hope the employees are able to find incomes and get support through gov. plans; just NOT the company itself.

Once the coronavirus is under control all those flight attendants will be back again at work , this is a panic tactic they will be off work for a month or two and then back to work by May . everything will probably be fine again.

And I’m sure Air Canada will come begging to the Canadian taxpayer for a bailout yet again while they continue to overcharge for air travel, bags, meals, etc. This is what Canada gets for having socialist airlines…

Will the CEO of Air Canada continue to receive his regular big fat paycheque and will Air Canada be asking the Canadian govt for a bailout? If they have taken this option to reduce costs then NO govt bailout! Keep in mind the average CEO makes in half a day what an average employee makes in a year
