I’m glad that the people in my country are being kept relatively safe by our leader, unlike the Americans under theirs. I’ve lost my job, and worry about what I’m going to do – but I don’t want to see other people, including Americans, risk gruesome deaths because they’re being told to get back to work. Economies can be rebuilt, but lost lives are gone forever. So, despite the very real, unfortunate economic pain, I hope that Americans can stay home and be safer than if their president forces them to risk their lives back at work, or out in the streets. Put pressure on testing I had the flu for 5 weeks went to the doctor 3 times begging on the last one for a test no test. How can we open the country when sick people can’t get a test?
Sorry to hear that, you should be able to be tested, per their own guidelines. This is why people are rallying, nothing makes sense! It is all a joke and it is like they want us to stay in our homes until we rot! very confusing. I called my local health dept and asked about testing so we can start to reopen, I am in an area with only a few covid cases in our county and we already hit the peak. I was told basically they have limited ability to test most people and no ability to check serologies even though we are told that is the only way to reopen. How does this not scare people into thinking about what is really going on? How does America not have the testing supplies it needs or PPE or anything we are told we need especially weeks out after reporting we need certain supplies?

Do even know why they’re protesting in Michigan? It’s because the governor is trying to tell people what they can’t buy in the stores that remain open. I’m a democrat but I don’t agree with her decision and wouldn’t stand for it if my governor did the same thing.
