    1. @figmo397 the Republican party hasn’t stood up for civil rights in decades. Like I said, before Reagan there wasn’t a huge difference. You had the “Dixiecrats” who were Dems and against civil rights. They switched to the Republican party. You had Republicans who were all about civil rights and they switched to the Dem party. In my lifetime the Rep party has become more and more about their right to decide what you do in your personal life. For a party that claims to be about “small government” they really want to legislate what you are supposed to believe (anti-choice, against birth control, same sex marriage, etc.) I have more good feeling for Nixon than any Rep POTUS elected since Ford left office. He supported the EPA and withdrew our troops from Vietnam 🤷…..and, compared to the Donald, he looks like a choirboy.

    1. Really? She disappointed me for 8 years during Obama’s presidency as she hated on him for his immigration policy, until trump came along.

  1. I haven’t voted for a Republican since I voted for Reagan. This inflation business is nothing more (or less) than corporate greed. But, the real bottom line for me is social security and medicare. I will NEVER knowingly vote for anyone that wants to curtail, privatize, or do away with it. Period.

    1. @FlushaArt Intergalactic is this some sort of language that you’ve developed on your own? Cuz this doesn’t have anything to do with the video that was shown. But I suppose your moniker says it all with” flush art.”

    2. @Elizabeth Dillon 👈🤡Democrats Propose Another Inflation Reduction Act To Combat Inflation Created By First Inflation Reduction Act – “This new bill, which we’ve entitled the ‘Inflation From The Inflation Reduction Act Reduction Act’, will solve the inflation problem. You’re welcome, America!” 📺🐑 #LGBFJBMAP+ 📺🐑

  2. Look at the relief on his face when he realizes he isn’t one of the “cowardly Republicans” she’s referring to lol

    1. @Sheila Boston She’s a lifelong Republican because of Ronald Reagan’s support of the Contras when her family fled Nicaragua to escape the Sandinistas. Many of her views don’t align with the latest Republican national political platform.

  3. Go, Ana! And I am so tired about “what about-ism”…”Trump siced the DOJ on them…Biden made a comment”

  4. As a foreign observer it boggles the mind to understand how anybody at all could vote for a Republican at this stage.

    1. @Mr V “America 🇺🇸 has no business telling other countries around the world about democracy until they put Trump behind bars.”

      EXACTLY RIGHT!!!!!!

    2. What country are you from? I’m keeping a list of countries so I have facts to back up when I say people in other countries don’t like trumplethinskin either! Thanks!

  5. I love Ana Navarro! The Republican next to her, his face was priceless, especially when she said line the bird’s cages with the pages of these people ‘s books!

  6. Whoever this guy is,he is prime example of what is wrong with today’s republican party. The pretzels he turns hinself into to defend all this stuff. Vote blue to save our democracy in Nov. 2022

  7. Anna Navarro brings it every time. I love how she doesn’t just say something is wrong or right but she supports her comments with examples. She is so important to the keeping us informed. She needs a show of her own.

    1. Surely SURELY she’s had offers & she’s turned them down. I’d tune in on a dime! She’s a breath of fresh air!

  8. The problem with the 2016 election is that everyone thought Hillary was going to win by a landslide and didn’t bother to vote(I was one of them). Boy were we wrong. That’s why we had record numbers voting in 2020. We’re not going to make that mistake EVER AGAIN!😁✌💙

    1. At least you’re honest. Many thought like you did or they didn’t like her or Trump and didn’t vote. All elections matter. I made a similar mistake when Obama was in office and he was encouraging people to vote in the midterms. I didn’t & the Republicans had control over the house & senate. Didn’t understand how each election is important but I do know. I vote in every election. Peace & blessings.🙌🏾

  9. Anna’s honesty is so appreciated because it’s so desperately needed in United States at this time. Lead by example for the sake of our youth and Country. Regarding abortion Republicans overreached. Women must show up and step up, vote. Let it be known we are forced to be reckoned with.

    1. Anna claims to be republican but agrees with most democratic positions. If one agrees with her, why not be a democrat? That’s fine. Yeah, I don’t agree with abortion, but it’s not my issue. It is important to religious republicans though. To fight them would make them sit out elections that could impact issues that I do care about. So taking Anna’s advise would just lead to democratic wins, which would be wins for her… so her advice for republicans is a moot point.

  10. That Republican guy was doing that typical Republican thing, deflect, misdirect and cloud the issue in hopes to not hold accountable what is obviously at best inappropriate and at worst illegal.

I think that polls should always be looked at in context and perhaps as a inexact gauge of the state of play. What the NYT should be analyzing/critiquing is the way the media interprets the information. They do a terrible job much like they do in covering politics and the economy. If I give them the benefit of the doubt I’d say that they over-simply the issues and basic concepts but honestly I think they are doing what the wealthy want, confuse and discourage a mostly poorly educated electorate about what’s really going on and how we as a nation if not world arrived at the point we are now. Without younger people waking up there’s not much hope that humanity will make it past the current century.

Navarro is right to call out the complicit and greedy.
