He thinks the states without large cities and economic activity don’t care about such states and he may be right. Because such people are stupid and don’t realize the connection of that economic activity along the east coast and prosperity in places next to it like Tennessee or Alabama. And how are places with cities and eventual major bills associated with the virus like Florida (with tourism shut down for a year) and Texas (with oil at $0 a barrel) and no/low state taxes, going to be doing without that revenue they depend upon.
