    1. Dave Schultz too late – I’m reporting this “outbreak of reasonable discourse” to the moderators. 😉 watching the clip again, Rachel saying “what they say about you is true” could be a bit of verbal side-eye…

  1. If this is the guy that is “the poster child for prosecutorial misconduct” then I’d like him on any good prosecution team any day of the week.

    1. anne bruce hey not only that they think tRump is either gods choice, or god himself. Speaking of koolaide it’s from one of the largest cult death. The Jonestown massacre. Do you think they are so far gone that when they get the word that it’s time to go they will clear themselves out of the gene pool.

    2. @Peaches Williams the proof that Andrew Wiseman is “the poster child for prosecutorial misconduct” or he’s the guy I’d like on a team of prosecutorial team any day?

    3. There is nothing particularly dodgy in Wiseman’s background. He had one decision overturned by the Supreme Court where he argued to the jury in the Enron trials that Enron employees could be found guilty even if they were unaware that they were violating the law. The Supreme Court argued that that was wrong and that the jury should consider consciousness of wrongdoing in their decision. That’s about it — so if someone calls him a “poster child” for prosecutorial misconduct, something is a little weird. Wiseman has made enemies because he played a lead role in the successful prosecution of Paul Manafort, and as we saw in the impeachment hearings there are some in the GOP who want to make the case that Manafort is innocent, in particular that the Ukrainian records showing payments to Manafort were fake. Hard to square with bank records showing that Manafort received the money.

    4. Exactly. Andrew Wiseman does his job and does it effectively. That’s why the Trump White House feared him and still does.

    1. P J Hi PJ. Appear to be many trolls on here trying to smear your outlook. I am not one of them. Thanks for your common sense comments and Happy Thanksgiving! 🇺🇸. Patriots Unite. 🇺🇸

  2. Thank you for sharing your expertise with us Andrew, and for doing so with such a lovely sense of humour. 😊💙

    1. @DragonSheep Right now is literally a show. The democratic house can vote when ever they want to get him impeached. They don’t need any of this. Once it is in the Senate then the real trial can start.

  3. Rudy and Donnie are fighting over the keys to the bus! 🚌 One will drive, and the other will find themselves thrown under the bus, with tire marks on his back…. Who will be where? 🍿

    1. SpecialSP yes! We can bring more buses and I am more than willing to drive forward and reverse, over and over.

    2. @Grace Munich (in my best Oprah voice)
You get a bus! You get a bus! You get a bus! EVERYBODY GETS A BUUUUUUUUUUS! 🥳🎉

  4. AG Barr will also have his day of reckoning and will be held accountable for turning a blind eye to Trump’s corruption… Trump will be voted out of Office 2020…

    1. @Claudy TheArtist I have never heard of any of these convictions being overturned. Some where however agreed reduced pleas which got many off of the most serious charges.

    2. @Dave Schultz You know all about tissues and saving them since you jerk your wee widdle shrimp mushroom to Drumpf daily. And a mindless, inbred dickhead like yourself has to conserve tissues since you get aroused by Drumpf so easily. Do you have to get your masturbation tissues specially ordered or do you go to the store?

  5. “You can fool all the people some of the time, and some of the people all the time, but you cannot fool all the people all the time.” Abraham Lincoln

    1. @American Gamer Yeah, them masquerading as a progressive institution. Hopefully Bernie will at least help them shape up.

    2. “No one in this world, so far as I know – and I have searched the records for years, and employed agents to help me – has ever lost money by underestimating the intelligence of the great masses of the plain people.” —H.L. Mencken

  6. The counter narrative is: It’s not Impeachable and the Senate Republicans won’t remove Trump from office.
    And that’s why American Constitutional democracy is D. E. A. D.

  7. They ALL could be charged if Trump loses in 11 mos. You need 24/7 oversight on the electoral process from here on out.

  8. I am so sick and tired of the stalling, obstruction and abetting that is dragging this process out. I am disgusted with so many of our elected representatives who are not complying with their oath’ to protect and defend the United States. I am pretty certain that when the hammer comes down on this whole criminal regime, it will slam much harder due to this lack of loyalty to the country over party.

  9. _”Why are you so surprised? They’re guilty!”_

Words that could quite rightly be on the tombstone of the GOP.
