$3.86/gal when the going price is almost $7/gal implies almost doubling of the price by the average gas station owner. Couldn’t some sort of regulation require a cap on the markup at the state level?
Caps don’t work. They actually make things more expensive.
Ummm gas is not the same price nationwide, LOL. In Georgia where this station is, it’s $3.99 a gallon. The title literally makes that clear when it says he lowered the price by $2/gal to $1.99. So wow, a 14 cent per gallon markup, he’s so greedy! They only get to keep a third of that 14 cents after paying for their operating costs (rent/payroll/maintenance/insurance, etc). Our education system is doomed.
