  1. Year before I was born, interesting. I remember hearing about acid rain as a kid, but not in a long time. Guess it got fixed.

  2. Ronald was being attacked by democrats similarly to how Donald is. Only diffence is the attacks have became more prevalent and severe because the government is even more corrupt now than it was back then

    1. The Clean Air Act of 1990, which put firmer regulations on the emissions of sulphur dioxide and nitrogen oxide, have in fact resulted in a reduction of acid rain. It’s still a problem but it is another example of how regulations can improve our environment. Why isn’t it a big topic of conversation anymore? Probably because climate change threatens human existence and surpasses acid rain in importance.
