Arizona Republicans Still Waging Trump’s War On Democracy | Rachel Maddow | MSNBC

Rachel Maddow reports on Arizona Republican senators failing in another bid to upend the 2020 election results in their state and subsequently calling on the public to step in in a way very reminiscent of Donald Trump's seditious calls for his followers to go to the Capitol and stop the counting of electoral votes. Aired on 02/09/2021.

    1. @Chris Pery Aww, I see poor widdle Chrissy hasn’t grown up yet. Isn’t it time for your milk and cookies and nap with your blankie? Since you still use childish insults, you must be a very naughty little boy.

    2. @Pam Hughes well lefty would know all about cry crying in mommies apron. You’ve been doing it for the past 4 years. You speak the language of Lefty very well. Is that your native tounge???

  1. What, they wanna know how voters vote, & where voters live? Why? To terrorize those who disagree? Insanity. They have zero grounds for any of their shenanigans. Public nuisances, at best.

    1. @Peace Onearth , First Last is a sad little Russian troll trying to earn a cheap bottle of vodka. When I told him that, he immediately deleted my comment.
      I guess I struck a nerve……
Who knew that Russian trolls were so sensitive??

    2. @First Last , Your mother’s devotion to a sad little troll wasting his one life this way is sad; poor woman…..

    3. @First Last , You’re getting kind of desperate there, Ivan.
Do something better with your life than this, my sad little simple friend.
Your mother deserves better from you tan this.
      It isn’t hard….

    4. @First Last Yet … NO, it hasn’t. You just think it has. You think you’ve ‘seen’ something, and don’t understand what it is that you’re seeing, or its significance.

  2. I live in Maricopa county. The people here are absolutely nuts. I’m a registered Green and they do everything they can to make sure my ballot is always “provisional”.

    1. @edward cunha Karl Marx himself, are you?

FDR and Truman both identified themselves as favoring socialism. Eisenhower saw it as ” working together to achieve success”, like all good military men do.

By what metric do you judge who is and isn’t a socialist?

    1. @Tom brown you seriously need help. The Trump line has always been about himself. He doesn’t care about you or the United States. On fact, under Trump we have become the Disunited States of America.

    2. @Nancy Ross please stay on those mental stability drugs, We became Disunited under the most corrupt administration in History Obama and now we got his Comrade senile Joe in office. Keep watching MSNBC they are counting on the uninformed Low IQ viewers.

    3. “Republikkkans”? You are aware that the KKK was founded and run by Democrats, right? And that Democrats fought to keep slavery in 19th century? And that Democrats opposed the civil rights movement of the 1960s?

    4. @Lyle Swanson I am. Are you aware that the Democratic party that did that became the Republican party of today after Lyndon Johnson signed the Civil Rights Act? I didn’t think so. Prejudice can blind people to make fools out of themselves when they do not know history. Just like you just did.

    1. If they were harmless, thats one thing, but unfortunately thats not the case with these MAGA freaks.
They are as dangerous as they are crazy.

    1. @Austin Powers Killing people because you are too stupid, selfish and irresponsible to wear a mask and socially distance is a criminal act.

    1. @Swampy Tell me about Maxzine Waters and Kamala’s support for the rioters this past summer. You all aren’t going to get away with burning our cities then turning around and pointing fingers at real Americans.

    2. @First Last tell us about the so called summer riots then, I’d love to know who they were going to hang or put a bullet in their heads, how many of these protesters went armed with pipe bombs, gas spray, plastic cuffs, baseball bats, bullet proof vests and guns, how many attended any rally by any politician. Wake up you clown and see what’s happening around to, you never know, like Pence you might be next on their list.

    3. @First Last I wasn’t going to address your hate and insanity again but: 1) the rioters were proven by the FBI to be Trump Cult Boogaloo Boys; 2) striving for social justice with peaceful protests is way different than you Trump Cult traitors storming our nation’s capital and committing treason, sedition, insurrection, and murder. You and the rest of your Trump Cult are far too cowardly to say anything about that-other than lies.

  3. I live in Az but a different county. As one of the public may I be so bold as to suggest to the public in Maricopa county to start a recall petition against that woman.

  4. These people are the tip of the iceberg.

Their particular sentiment has been going strong (and far more intensely) on the internet for at least a decade now.

    1. The crazy train has been living in Arizona for decades. These would be the self-made members of the Republican party. These people who pulled themselves up by their boot straps, with the help of the GI Bill.

    2. @Kurt Tuchscherer sorry yes, having visited and loved az, i’ll give you a bunch of cover, what do you think the pos factor is having been born and raised in the state of ky, mitch and rand, like can’t we name dolls this mis-badly, same boat brother

  5. Sounds like she could be… inciting an insurrection.
    Seditious conspiracy at a minimum. – 18 U.S. Code § 2384
    penalty – 20 years.

  6. I’ve lived next to the militia for two decades. This legislator knows what she is doing; if these statements are not an incitement to murder, I don’t know what is.

    1. I fear American will be destroyed by these so called ‘Republicans’ politicians. I pray for American’s safety and well being.
