    1. You should consider taking an online course in basic grammar. Your comment is incoherent.
Trial courts render decisions based on merit (facts [the jury is the finder of fact]).
Appellate courts (including the Supreme Court) render decisions based on written law (including the Constitution).

    2. @Investigative Audit I don’t have the patience to write at the fifth grade level, so I’m sorry if I left you in the dust.

  1. We must have to do in person voting. Make the numbers so big that it doesn’t matter about all the mail in ballots. Ive already voted. Get out there yall! Go Vote

    1. @Ashlynne Shain PLEASE SPREAD THIS AS MUCH AS YOU CAN:
My latest investigation report – on this channel (“Conflict of Interest at its Historical Record”) on how Trump rebuilt his BUSINESS EMPIRE by illegally misusing his presidential powers!
(PDF FORMAT of the report is liked in the ‘comments section’ of the video report)
There are more of my investigation reports on Trump’s corruption and conspiracies on my channel.

    2. Sure it fine for people who live state side. But how do people vote when in a combat zone and do it in person?

  2. Basically in order for this country to avoid a possible widespread civil war, Biden must win in a landslide. Sort of how in boxing, how the challenger must KO the Champion. In that boxing scenario if the match goes to the Judges, the challenger has basically almost no chance.

    1. @Keith Johnson – Shelby GT500 Life long Republican family. Say what you will, but Trump inherited a downhill train that was put back on track by Obama and his people. The ACA allowed many people the option to go to work for substandard wages as it took them off of the Medicaid scrolls and allowed them to purchase basic insurance and not go broke. W. put this country in a complete bind (R) both he and Obama had to write big checks to get things going again. So, gonna blame Bush, and I have a close relative who worked across the street from the White House and when Bush deregulated banks, he nearly cried after voting (R) for decades. Men who run the country and think borrowing money is the answer are actually not (R), so Bush and Trump (see Trump’s debt ceiling rising) and that is without Covid 19. Unemployment was greatly helped by Obama, and only a little more so by Trump, as we always will have 3 percent in order to stabilize wages (see Fed J Powell on inflation and jobs). We have fewer and fewer jobs with

    2. @Keith Johnson – Shelby GT500 no, it doesn’t, and even if it did – he blew it when he ruined the lives of the families of over 225,000 people and counting

    3. Sorry, good solid benefits and shorter staffing grids all over the market. WE have a gigantic gap between the corporate execs and the minion workers. It is growing exponentially. The WALL will never happen. Eminent Domaine precludes this silly perspective in and of itself.

I do not mind giving anyone credit that they deserve, Trump as well. But, he bitched about China, then nearly bankrupted the Corn and Soybean markets that China support in spades for our farmers. Then he has written 3 checks totaling 36 billion dollars in order to keep them afloat. Americans have always supported our farmers and basically we do not mind. The BS is that when you write 36 billion dollars in relief, you have missed the target with your tariffs. Oddly, there is currently a backside bailout for the farmers as China and 3 other buyers are ramping up their imports again in case the Pandemic gets completely out of hand. So, by a quirky miracle of Covid Trump can look good here, if he would just tell the whole truth. Please, do not laugh at that line. It is impossible for a categorical Narcissist to do so……

Now, I close with what all (Rs) know. Trump and Bush have missed the balance sheet and that is a growing trillion dollar problem. Our military budget grows in, basically. peace time. What should surprise no one is that Trump is a chronic borrower, and then bankruptcy filer, then court pursuer, and this will not work in the Oval Office, for US…..He has no long term plans that I can see, or do I hear from him. I cannot find a Trump supporter who can tell me what his Budget Plan, Health Care Plan, Long Term Military Plan, Fair and Balanced Tax Plan, Minimum Wage Plan, Pollution Reduction Plan (I don’t call it Global Warming…It is just POLLUTION that I can see…and I have been around the world a dozen times) Not one person can tell me what his plans are.

We need a Tax overhaul, we need term limits everywhere, we need corporations off the Congressional steps, we need the 12th Amendment repealed. We need everyone to get a dictionary. especially when it comes to the word socialism. Peace to All, and Be Well,…..

  3. And they want to put a wingnut who’s part of a cult that suppresses women and can’t name the five rights granted to us by the First Amendment onto the bench. Republicans will do everything to hold onto what little power they have left.

    1. @Walt Schmidt Really? That’s the best defense you have for a Supreme Court nominee not knowing basic civics? Me not knowing? I’m not up for nomination, and probably never will be.

The five rights are Freedom of Religion, Speech, Assembly, Press, and Petition.

I can name all five, and I haven’t done anything civics related since Highschool!!

    2. @Walt Schmidt Hardly pertinent now is it? She is going to be on the Supreme Court, Drake will not. A Supreme Court Justice who does not know the Constitution by heart is NOT qualified.

    3. @Walt Schmidt based on what? Are you her Brain? You can sing her praise without dismiss other people’s opinion. We are all here to express our opinion. At time I have checked, people still have freedom of expression.

  4. She should not be able to weigh in on this. The conflict of interest is far too clear. Even if she is confirmed, she should be recused.

    1. @Uniquely Lily …unlikely she’d do that. It all depends on how well republicans suppressing vote and Dejoy’s intentionally delaying the us mail works. Trump only needs this election stolen to do permanent damage to the usa.

  5. Trump 1 Supreme Court person away from owning the courts and his election!! Vote BLUE TSUNAMI!! BYEDON!!

    1. Just like Comey and Putin at the last minute of the election, expect that trump’s only chance is to steal this election. By trying to get that judge in and delaying the mail, you can be guaranteed that they are working on stealing it from the voters again like bush and the court did. Vote early.

    1. Any more of Trump and it will be “Empire of the Criminal in Charge of Trump & Allies Special Administrative Region – TASAR (previously known as U.S.A.)”

    2. @TCL Tcl PLEASE SPREAD THIS AS MUCH AS YOU CAN:

    1. It broken to pieces in 2000, and the eight years that ensued were a nightmare “presided over”
by a ridiculous, robotic cipher and orchestrated by the vice president and the Secretary of Defense.

    2. The courts stole the election from voters for Bush, Comey and Trump’s russians stole the election in 2016 and the new threat is that Bush election disaster will repeat if it comes down to PA. This would spell the end of the usa.

    3. @D MP That was a fringe view; press research agencies which checked Florida after the fact found GWB prevailed beyond question — thousands of votes to the good. Reaping more votes in cherry picked districts alone — WHICH RECOUNTS ARE KNOWN TO DO — was simply dirty pool, and those who did it knew it. You’d be screaming in a New York second if Trump tried it, and so would I. That precedent heads this off. Trump is a stinking showman without heart in anything but image and deserves to go. GWB was a different question. Please don’t go paranoid cuckoo on us.

    4. @hawkturkey Fringe? Do you not see why Dejoy would risk prison time just to slow the mail system down. How about republicans fighting in republican courts over “every hanging chad” causing mostly democrat ballots sent back through Dejoy’s slowed mail system where votes won’t make it back in time to be counted during election day even though the returned ballots were postmarked. See it now?

  6. Supreme Court Republican Justices not counting all the votes mailed by election day. Yeah, sounds like they’re behind the Constitutional interpretation brief written by PUTIN.

  7. This is about late arriving votes. So, take Trump’s court out of the equation by simply voting early!

    1. @Faireachas Síoraí Remember Dejoy? The postmaster who’s willing to risk prison to delay the mail just in time for the election?

    2. @D MP Thanx… I was trying to forget him. 😉 I think all this early voting is going to spill over into the early hand delivered return of mail-in ballots, too.

  8. When Biden is sworn in he should appoint 3 more Supreme Court Justices. Also start investigation into Kavanaugh and if he lied to Congress.

    1. @Soylent Green I am cool with Holder but Merrick Garland had his seat stolen by the the Republicans. He needs to have a seat on SCOTUS.

    2. @Auntie Pha Garland was a moderate compromise Supreme Court candidate. Biden should appoint a true Liberal.

    3. @Soylent Green Obama’s nomination should be confirmed and seated. Then biden should appoint 2 liberal judges. I am not a fan on Garland in particular. I am only supportive of him constitutionally in regards to how the Senate disrgarded his nomination.

  9. If Donald Trump seems more desperate than most incumbents about the coming election, he may have good reason: Presidents do not typically have to worry about going to prison if they lose.

    1. Every President should get ONE APPOINTMENT PER TERM Period!
And Each President should be allowed to choose who to replace Period.

    2. All you have to do is go to al gore, George bush junior election Al gore won the Supreme Court gave it to bush, I knew then America was done !

    3. When you add the rushed judge, the 200 republican judges, Republican lawyers fighting mail-in ballots in Pennsylvania, wanting them returned along with dejoy’s intentionally delaying mail adds up to another stolen election from the voters. Just like last time with the russians releasing the hacked emails, Comey’s sudden indictment of the presidential poll leader and trump’s once in a billion years “majical win” of less than 0.1 percent more votes at the last minutes of the election.

  10. Isn’t it mad that an election may be decided by the supreme court.

Joe Biden has 52% of the country to Donald Trumps 42%. That’s all that should matter and Biden should be president.

But a combination of the electoral college, voter suppression and the supreme court may steal it from him. The US is a joke

    1. If Trump wins again, I’m seriously considering moving to Denmark or Portugal… I’m done with this country.

    2. Well, it all depends if people show up to vote. About half of eligible voters didn’t vote last time…too lazy, too confident, too disappointed, and/or too unmotivated…and look who we got, he divided this country, emboldened racists, pretty much put the highest office up for bid, worked the system to make sure to fill his pocket with tax dollars, lies after lies, too much time golfing to care about anything, grew the deficit by trillions, made a laughing stock out of the USA, distanced USA’s allies, and this list goes on and on. I hope that true Americans wake up and vote to save this democratic republic.

    3. @Infamous Marxist Same here. I’m getting more comfortable with the idea of leaving. If he’s around another 4 years I can’t imagine how much worse this can get. It will get very dangerous.

    1. Republicans are losing power badly. Only a court that doesn’t believe in democracy would vote to steal an election away from voters.

    2. The Bush v. Gore precedent means that any attempt by Trump to cherry pick recount districts deserves a swat down. You ought to be glad.

  11. Unfettered doom approaches our democracy, we are undoing ourselves as a society because one man divided us.

  12. This shouldn’t be a deadlock. If you vote against counting everyone’s vote then you are a traitor to the US.
