It’s difficult to know what to believe, because there are different stories from different sources. I wouldn’t believe anything USA Today says, but by the same token I can’t necessarily believe sources on the other side.
The more fundamental point is, regardless of legality, It seems clear that Joe used his position to secure a very well remunerated position for his son, who had no knowledge of the industry, and he also lied about meeting Burisma officials, which is all well documented and evidenced.

This whole thing is being mismanaged on a wide scale, you can’t get this shot anywhere on Long Island, New York (a top metro area in. America) every place is “fully booked”, there’s no waiting list either so you don’t know where you are on the waiting list to get it? All it takes is a simple waiting list, but no they have everyone running around like a chicken without a head trying to find this stuff. What a total complete mess if a delivery system.

Grading a chemical vaccine is very complicated and precise. We just can’t make enough of it by adding water to a batch of vaccine. Great care should be given in the manufacture of these new vaccines. There should not be any political or social pressure on the pharmaceutical companies to recklessly rush the manufacturing process. The results could be catastrophic.
I haven’t been able to buy a can of Lysol in a year. We need to keep up all our supplies.
