You pivot right back to the whataboutism. As far as damage to the Capitol there hasn’t been an estimate put out yet so It could very well also total in the millions or billions. There are things at the capitol that are 200 yrs old. Irreplaceable. At the BLM protest in Washington they weren’t rioting, they weren’t looting but Trump sent the National Guard out anyway to beat them, shoot them with rubber bullets and teargas, All so he could have his picture taken at a church. Did you see any of that at the Capitol?

None of these people who breached the security of the Capitol Building will be charged much less convicted of ‘insurrection’. That is a specific charge and attempting to interfere with the certification of the electoral college ballots is not an ‘insurrection’.
