      “BC has brains”

Well they voted for the NDP, so clearly they don’t have much brain power.

    1. @Antiprog Pragmatist I qualified the word consistently with pretty much. I am
Characterizing the situation exactly how it is. In the last 20 years they lost the popular vote one time. Sorry sweets!

    2. @Jeff Lawrence …..hahaha. So the democrats had the popular vote for 4 of the last 5 elections….so what?… In what way does that disprove that the dems would be happy if the roles were reversed? Are you saying that the dems would be unhappy if they lost the popular vote but won the presidency?…. Would stating that in the last 60 years the popular vote went to the winner “pretty much consistently “ become relevant at all?

It Doesn’t seem like a regular occurrence that the electoral college goes in the opposite direction of the popular vote. Not sure what the problem is with having some kind of checks and balances

In what way does “the last 20 years” disprove that the dems would praise the electoral college if the roles were reversed?

    3. @Jeff Lawrence … btw..do you think the conservatives should be in power right now?….they had the popular vote.

    4. @Antiprog Pragmatist that was never my point. You went off on a tangent that I really don’t care about. My point is proportional representation is foolish and should be done away with. Take care

    1. @Northwind . LoL the only ones winning in BC are the Chinese and Indian nationals investing there, drug addicts, and the landlords.

  1. If I recall correctly, the last time the NDP had a majority, BC ended up on provincial welfare just like Nova Scotia. *face palm*

    1. It is very sad. Our poor education programs and mass immigration will have the entire country falling apart at the seams.

    2. @Alexander Ewasiuk lmao… technically youd be right… except they are selling the rights to foreign companies… not local or Canadian companies… in the last two years under horgans regime almost 25% of my town lost their jobs… thanks to mills being shut down…
