The fact that this woman- this mother- took a moment to say “I feel sorry for what they’ve done to their families and what their families are now going to go through” – as she’s talking about her son crying out for her in his moments of death as they beat him, is an incredible testimony to this woman’s empathy.

This interview is heartbreaking. No mother should ever go through this.

This woman is a pillar of strength. All the wisdom she was able to share even through her pain & suffering was incredible.

I’m so sorry for this horrible injustice and loss. You are very brave to go out and speak for your son and everyone else affected by these crimes against humanity. No one should be afraid like that and get treated like he wasn’t a person with a family. Shame on these officers for taking a life that wasn’t there’s to take. As a mother, my heart goes out, and the fact that this woman still has compassion, boggles my mind I wouldn’t be able to have compassion. I wouldn’t be able to sit up. I wouldn’t be able to speak. All I would be able to do is rage, so in my heart I will pray for her and her family every day And I learned something today I learned that he will eat you up And she taught me that this mother taught me that my prayers go out to her and her family and I’ll be watching the story from the beginning to the end and doing my part because I am from California as her son also lived here in California right here in the bay area so when they march I will too

You can see the hollowness in the parents. I’m sure this is like an out of body experience for them 😭 This is so fresh & they saw their baby being treated horribly & beaten relentlessly by several “men” that we are supposed to trust & obey. They broke his neck?! 🤬
They are handling it tremendously well considering the circumstances & as long as they get the word out, hopefully soon we have Tyrese Law. Hugs to momma & dad 💜

I am just heartbroken for Tyre’s Mom, especially. Their pain and grief is clearly taking second place to their shock and disbelief. And despite their son being murdered, Mom still took the time to think about the loss the ‘savage’ police officers families will feel. RIP Tyre, watch over your Mama!
So difficult to watch but out of respect for their loss and this innocent young man who was ruthlessly murdered I will listen to every word this woman, mother and father have to say. They are inspiring in the face of unimaginable heartbreak.
