The Trump Administration will be exposed for their incompetence as soon as any hand off begins. Trump is furthering Steve Bannon goal of dismantling the government so they can claim government doesn’t work so they can continue to under fund key programs.

FYI, Biden isn’t senile. It’s obvious you have never had to deal with that heartbreaking problem because once you do, you generally don’t call it in others when it’s not there. There is a Constitutional process, which we are all being held witness to, that will play out in full on January 6. Until then, no other entity has the authority to call the election in favor of any individual. Not AP, FB, Twitter, Google, Mainstream media, nor any other individual or group of people.

The January 6 “process” is the Congress accepting what has already been ratified: the people voted, the states certified, the electors were chosen, the electors voted and now Biden is president-elect.
And unless Trump and his acolytes can actually provide evidence why Congress shouldn’t accept the will of the people and the certification of the states, Congress will accept the electors’ vote. Given that he has failed so far, I wouldn’t hold my breath. 59 lawsuits (none of them alleging fraud, despite what Trump and Giuliani proclaimed via tweet and press conferences in landscaping parking lot) and they’ve lost 58 of them. The only one they did manage to win was on procedure–shortening the length of time to cure a ballot from nine days to six.

Even the SCOTUS wouldn’t hear their complaints.
So, rail against it all you want. Biden will be president on January 20.
