    1. @Cyclone
there are some real good optometrists available.. no.. the animals were counted two by two.. the humans… were a totally different story…

    1. They don’t teach history anymore.
Schools replaced it with Critical Race Baiting and America shaming studies .

    2. To truly understand tye New World Order and it’s players you have to go to the begining of the New World. The Book of Jasher.

    3. He literally said that banning it would be dangerous and the reporter still said that he was considering it. We are screwed as a nation.

    4. @Some Guy my dad is a holocaust survivor. Hitler took away all the guns when he came to power.

  1. There are no loopholes in background checks. There are specific rules, included in the legislation, intentionally. They were put there as protections and as a compromise. Otherwise the law would not have passed. Stop pretending.

  2. Times have changed, he is not giving us transparency and we don’t have any info on the details of this shooting and others for justification.

    1. @George Peppard George, George, George, I know about the assault charge as well. Are you going to give the whole story or keep up the subliminal undertones? Also, oh fake news fear mongering one, an assault charge without the rest of the story, does not explain how he obtained the weapon legally does it? Because he obtained the weapon legally didn’t he?

    2. He was a naturalized citizen. He attended Arvada West High School, graduated in 2018.

He was charged with 3rd degree assault for punching another student that he claimed called him a terrorist and other racial slurs. The victim, a white student, told police, the attack was unprovoked. Witnesses backed up the white students assertion.

He was sentenced to probation and community service.

He purchased the AR-556 six days before the shooting. Legally.

10 Days before the shooting, the Boulder ban on sales and purchasing of these types of weapons was successfully overturned by a federal judge thanks to efforts by the NRA and other 2nd Amendment rights activist that brought a lawsuit in opposition to the ban.
      He was a naturalized citizen.
He was bullied in school and verbally accosted by racists and ignorant fellow students that learned their hate and racist views from their parents.
If the ban had stayed in place, he wouldn’t have been able to purchase an assault style weapon 6 days before all those innocent people lost their lives. Period.
All your arguments to the contrary are null and void.
The blame lies with racism and the gun lobbies.
His mental status at the time can be attributed to the constant bullying and hate afforded him since childhood. You ignorant racists are responsible for this. You fanatical misinformed gun nuts are responsible for this.
Your hate has manifested itself onto another, again, resulting in another sad tragedy, again.
      When will you learn?

    3. @George Peppard I see. So am I just supposed to agree with you, apologize, stroke your ego by saying you’re correct and I am wrong; Just from your generalized statement?

There are lots of laws, even in Colorado. May even be some local ordinances for Boulder itself.
Which ones did you have in mind? Do you have a particular statute, statutes reference #, code, section, paragraph, supercedes, replaces paragraph 3, sect; H… subsection type information we could reference?

    1. Even more so then mental illness, I say SSRI MEDICATIONS are the root problem – they are the common denominator of every mass shooting for the last 30 years.

    1. They always do. After every shooting gun advocates ramp up the rhetoric and people engage in panic buying. 😞

    2. @Jonathan Schwegler Reports say militia groups and anarchist groups were talking it up just before the election; directing all their members to buy up all the ammo the could.

  3. Pay close attention how they changed it from gun control to “gun safety”.
Nobody’s falling for it except you guys.

    1. It’s all bs! I grew up inner city and not one democrat ever did anything to stop illegal guns from coming in. So biden can kiss my azz

  4. Well if Biden really means this, he needs to get behind abolishing the filibuster. Nothing will be accomplished otherwise.

    1. If you get rid of the filibuster then there’s nothing stopping the Republicans from repealing the laws when they regain power.

    2. Abolishing the filibuster would silence the minority party and the people they represent.

Just because Democrats are the majority party right now doesn’t mean that they always will be.

    3. The problem is that the filibuster is currently being abused and making it nearly impossible to get anything done outside of reconciliation which is limited in scope. The party in power (whichever one it is) should be allowed to govern. Voters can judge their performance at the ballot box. The filibuster is simply a Senate rule, it’s not enshrined in the constitution. Democrats, as it currently stands, represent a significantly larger and more mainstream percentage of the population than the insurrectionist GQP does. They should govern like the majority party they are.

    4. @Jason Schaefer I was seriously paying attention to what you were saying up until you said the “insurrectionist gqp.”

    5. @Jason Schaefer “insurrectionist GQP ”

You just negated your entire argument.

And you were doing so well… such a shame.

  5. Hahaha when is it going to happen? Let’s see how it plays out. I believe the democrats control both congress & senate.
These people are full of it. Let’s make a bet on it!

  6. I’m sorry government, I can’t let you buy back my firearms. You’ve failed my background check for multiple instances of violence against citizens and genocide.

    1. Well… it’s kinda late to pull out now when you helped create it. And if you haven’t voted for anyone or anything government related, then you have nowhere to complain because the majority already chose for you… so… nice try, and I wish you the best of luck.

  7. At a time in which our own toilets can spy on us, you are telling me nobody had info that this guy was crazy and shouldn’t have a weapon?

  8. the constitution was made so that the citizens have as much power as the government in case it fails the citizens

  9. “….shall NOT be infringed upon.. ” Alcohol has murdered WAY more innocent people via drunk drivers. Abolish alcohol first.
