Would like to say that there’s a solution but it’s also not going to be liked. See the issue is that labor’s not being understood from the point of view of labor. Since unions are gone and all their information regarding labor’s point of view for their conditions went with it. Now here’s the solution…’
Redistribute income back to the days of labor strength. Meaning make it so that CEO’s earn no more than 15x on average than a yearly wage. Then rebuilding can begin in ways that motivate employment through wage rates bringing the ratio to that appropriate level…
Now surely Biden / Harris don’t have the authority to do that on their own. But they can put the emphasis on it. Otherwise there’s just an incredibly large chance the average laborer’s not going to be in a position to see long term success. Which means productivity’s going to suffer until they do…

Inflation is due to the lack of supply because manufacturers either shut down completely or produced less because of the pandemic lockdown, now that more people are out and about buying things the supply is NOT there, I’m sure you seen plenty of empty shelves out t here.
