i hope one day he will take the top job

  2. Nice to see young qualified experienced people on the team. Keep him.

  3. A hard-working problemsolver that has a lot of character, accepting the honour of serving in Biden’s cabinet, albeit a not-so-prestigious position.
Mister Buttigieg has a bright future ahead, and America will be better when he’s in public service.

    • *@ Guinness:* Believe me, being Secretary of Transportation IS a very prestigious AND important job – because emissions from our transportation system are a major contributor to climate change. Although Pete Buttigieg may not have direct prior experience IN the field of transportation, I am confident that he’ll prove to be a quick and effective study in this field, and his underlying dedication to saving the planet from destructive climate change will powerfully inform his decision-making, even as he learns on the job.

    • @Jos Callinet he has zero experience. He couldn’t even run a town as mayor

I´m so happy for you american people. Finally we hear sense again out of the, soon, oval office. You did it and the whole world respects it. We will give Joe Biden and Kamala Harris a clean table when they enter the world stage.

    • How is it “sense” that Biden appoints someone with zero nat’l experience, let alone any experience in transportation to his cabinet?

Biden’s virtue signalling is off the charts. I kind of wish the GOP would get their act together just so I wouldn’t have to put up with Democrat virtue signalling.

  18. Figures.
His father was at 100 year anniversary of the communist manifesto.
Apple don’t fall far from the tree.

Buttigieg speaks 6 languages he should have been appointed as Ambassador to the UN not Secretary of DOT.

  20. Why won’t senator Harris give up her seat? She’s knows Trump won.
