It’s a statement, but a weak candidate. Merrick Garland is a conservative that will unlikely prosecute any of the Trump swamp’s crimes.

@T L Townes Doesn’t matter. Biden has made it clear that he doesn’t want prosecutions. The Trump swamp sees this as a weakness, thus look at what’s happening in at the Capitol right now. Trump is inciting insurrection and anarchy because he knows he’s committed so many crimes, and needs that “presidential immunity”.
