    1. @CJ J majority wants universal health care, green new deal, higher wages and free college. Republicans win by feeding red meat to the base. Dems lose by moving to the middle.

  1. I will be disappointed if my chosen candidate isn’t the nominee, but I’d support any of these candidates vs the orange blob.

    1. @Thomas Thompson that’s the exact reason that we have Trump. If Biden doesn’t make it through the primary, Hillary is planning on stepping in.

    2. @Victor Schmidt Hillary has announced, frequently and at length, that she isn’t running again. I believe her. Why don’t you?

  2. The argument against medicare for all comes down to one thing. Do you, or do you not believe Americans, the citizens of “the greatest country in the world”, are worth it.

    1. @Brian Nonya Hi from Europe. If it is a fantasy, how come most of the countries here in my continent have it? And it works perfectly fine, at least in the richer countries (the eastern Europe ones do struggle because of the bad economies). Obviously, you are missing something in your math. Try again.

    2. Thomas and Brian. I expect you are right. Americans are too dumb to do what every major country did decades ago. For half what you pay. With better outcomes such as longer life expectancy and lower infant and maternal death rates. It’s not what it will cost but how much will you save. But the richest country in the world can’t afford it. Ha!

    3. @Brian Nonya *Medical expenses will cost the US over 50 trillion dollars over the next ten year with the current system!* You are conveniently ignoring that the government already funds about 45% of all medical expenses when you look at Medicare, Medicaid, Veterans health, children’s health programs, native health programs, etc. That is not new funding that has to be raised. Her plan includes making businesses continue to pay most of what they are paying now. By taking out insurance companies and negotiating for lower prescription costs, we can cut per capita costs significantly. Bernie’s plan estimates the 10 year expenses would actually be about 32 trillion worth his M4A plan. It’s something we can’t afford NOT to do.

    4. Brian, your math is wrong. All other developed countries provide universal healthcare. We can too. Govt healthcare SAVES money – for profit healthcare already costs US citizens trillions. Time to get rid of the for-profit men sucking up profit from sick and dying people.

    1. @KZ They don’t contribute to society by not paying tax so I don’t see the big loss. If they leave they will open the door to new companies with innovative ideas.

    2. @demiphoto what AOC and Bernie Sanders companies to waste more money you wont get tax if they take there money to China and dont invest and bottom line just like Bernie Sanders said middle class wealth will be divided and under Marxism we all get some free

    3. demiphoto yep, and trimming a bit off the budget of the world’s biggest and best equipped military (by miles) will help and not make us one bit less safe, let’s be real.

    1. Vickie J Severance no good. If Trump is still around in 2020, he will make short work of Joe. He’s not up to the task and his donors are drying up fast. Biden needs to get outta the way and fast!

    1. polls need to go out the window….pick Sanders and all dems have to support him it’s the only way, and Sanders needs to pick a partner that could appeal to both sides in order to make some trumpsters jump ship ( cough , cough Tulsi , cough)

    2. This doesn’t account for the electoral college. Are the votes against Trump in the RIGHT state to turn the election or not?

    3. You mean the time when the polls were correct and the result was well within the margins of them? Not the fault of the pollsters that pundits are terrible in understanding polls…

  3. Wake up Progressives; this has been the strategy and plan of the establishment to defeat Bernie. Remember, billionaires keep dividing us with manipulative propaganda and contaminated polls. If you were really free; Democrats and Republicans would have given you clean air, food and water years ago! Lets Go Bernie/Nina 2020

  4. Every industrialized country on the globe can figure this out but somehow it’s too expensive for us the richest country on Earth.

    1. Ortum Lynx but there’s still that hard core base of MAGA morons voting against their own self-interests. It’s mind-numbingly stupid!

    2. pool Boy

Those countries don’t all have single payer as their universal healthcare coverage. Some, like the Netherlands have very well regulated small private insurance companies covering it. Just to say there are many ways we can achieve universal healthcare in the US.

    3. pool Boy People from every industrialized nation on earth come to the U.S. by the hundreds of thousands per year to have medical procedures performed. But they have such great healthcare though, right? You obviously have no clue.

  5. Soooo sick of MSNBC’s framing of these corporate media polls that continue to downplay Bernie’s influence in this race ! My guess is these polls are selling him about 10 points shy of where he actually sits !

  6. I’ve yet to see all these Biden supporters. I think most trust him just a bit more than the Orangeman, just a little bit.

  7. Biden had to start taking super pac money because his wealthy donors reached the maximum amount legally allowed to be donated. Biden has no grassroots movement behind him.

  8. I like Mike Barnicle’s measured tone and clarity.
Willie is gentle, powerful, and coherent.
Both Better than Joe’s over dramatic rhetoric

  9. I find it curious that Canada has had universal health care for over 50 years, and the Federal Income Tax is 3% lower. Go figure!

    1. There not mentioning him because Elizabeth Warren is the current threat and they are doing everything they can to throw her under the bus and show that Joe Biden is the one that everyone should vote for.

    2. The DNC made their pick when joe biden anounced his bid for potus , bernie never had a chance ,elizabeth warren was there just for insurance ,maybe bernie will get the message this time those democrats are crooked as a never ending curvy country dirt road !
