Apart from the evident fact that Joe does not have the intellectual stamina to persevere in the uniquely challenging office that he seeks, his candidacy in other ways has been the most unfeasible of any major-party presidential nominee in history.

He is saying stop collecting ballots, not stop counting. Some states will allow you to drop of your ballot up until Friday……..why is that important…….well how about if they think they will loose they will keep dragging it out to either fraud the election or hope for new votes to appear 😉 because they will.
