  1. Why the difference? The mentality of the people. Check out the comments on this page to see examples.

    1. @Karin Schultz 🙂I am with you🍁 I think some peeps may have missed that little word ‘not’ before that big word ‘complaining’🌼✨

    2. unfortunately we do have some Canadians who doesn’t believe in covid 19 …. influenced partly by your stable genius

    3. @Michael Jacobs Canada didn’t have protests because their police were not killing unarmed black people on camera for the world to see! Also no Trump super spreader rallies! mostly no mask wars

    1. @thehoopscoop Not my ‘opinion’. Facts. Facts broadcasted globally daily since February. 🤦🏽‍♀️Literally every other president & prime minister in the world chose to put the lives of their citizens ahead of orchestrating insider trading for personal gain. The only people who can’t see this are Americans who let themselves be blinded by Fox News.

    2. DOCTOR GUPTA QOUTES THE W.H.O TO ATTACK TRUMP but DOESNT QUOTE THE LATSET PRESS RELEASE BY THE W.H.O SAYING LOCK-DOWNS ARE WORSE THAN THE VIRUS AND TO STOP LOCK-DOWNS LOL 99.98% SURVIVAL RATE !!!

    3. @little.kitten gain? Trump is losing money as President. Also, thinking of the economy is the responsibility of leaders as that is how people get food. The economy literally feeds hundreds of millions of people. Desregard that and you will have larger problems than a virus that is survivable for folks under 40 with 99.9%+ rate.

Those are facts which you are very happy to ignore because the facts do not fit your narrative.

  2. Meanwhile in Los Angeles, a local barber in my area just got arrested for selling drugs. Blew my mind. I’ve been his customer for years. I had no idea he was a barber.

  3. Australia also adopted a Bipartisan Policy also. The Premiers of each State and the Prime minister worked together irrespective of their political affiliations to manage the Covid crisis. One of our States had a second wave. which was quite severe but now is only getting 2 to 4 cases per day, We also have strong contact tracing. The majority of cases Australia is now recognising are mostly from returned overseas travellers who are in quarantine. Uniting the country is so important in a crisis,
Our Leaders have not denied the pandemic and have kept us informed. When we had the first wave we had daily updates from our Prime Minister and Federal Health officials. Now the risks have reduced generally only our State leaders and State Health Officials give us a daily update,

    1. @Muttley Kia ora Muttley. Sure you can ‘borrow’ her, but if all goes to plan, you might be waiting a few decades I’m afraid 😉

    2. @Gail Mackinnon I agree whole-hardheartedly. Those in responsible positions in Perth handled our safety correctly.
Not that i was away for long but I returned to Perth to take full-time care of my elderly mother. That task alone would have been harder elsewhere so i am so glad for Western Australia and the strict policies that brought us thru the tough times.
Western Australia is only 9 X the size of New Zealand but New Zealand is so BIG where it counts so that cancels the size difference out. Besides one day when this is all over I need to visit New Zealand and I don’t want to risk my chances 😛

    3. @Robyn Andrews chur! Mighty neighbourly of you. I’m pretty sure that we’ll give you back Russell Crowe, promise not to cheat at cricket and lend you a cup of sugar anytime you need it if you can also take Clive Palmer off our hands.

    4. The more I see what’s happening in the US the more I’m grateful for our Australian government. I don’t care about those people that complain we were to strict, if have lockdowns and border closures and proper rules and guides set in place helps save lives than I’ll gladly do it.

  4. Part of Canada lost many lives to SARS in 2003, and a national public health agency assisted all the provinces in getting protocols in place from the lessons learned back then and aligned (as mentioned) with WHO guidelines. I’ve worked in health care in both Canada and the US, and the fragmentation in the US system is worse than any bureaucracy a government could impose.

    1. Let’s get this out there, not all of Canada was infected because it was contained rather quickly and the virus was easy to detect. Symptoms generally were mild and in most cases the infected were easily spotted because you either are dying or none at all unlike covid 19.

    2. The US CDC has taught other countries how to deal with pandemics. South Korea literally learned “tabletop” exercises from the US.

    3. @HKim0072
No.. The World Health Organization deserves the credit it’s getting. The American CDC is a tool of Donald Trump.

  5. We let the Doctors call the shots in Canada and we wanted to protect our healthcare workers that make our universal healthcare system work for the benefit of all Canadians. It’s precious to all Canadians especially in the midst of a deadly pandemic. Some provinces have Doctor’s leading the fight against Covid19 pandemic are seen as heroes. We Canadians are for the most part want the best outcome for each other. We just reach 10,000 mark in deaths and we feel that’s to many and for alot of us we want to make sure we fight harder to protect our most vunerable.

  6. Governor DeSantis does not care about seniors in Florida any more than trump does. Their strategy is to hide the covid numbers in Florida and let us die in the herd!!! Biden/Harris for all America 🇺🇸

    1. DOCTOR GUPTA QOUTES THE W.H.O TO ATTACK TRUMP but DOESNT QUOTE THE LATSET PRESS RELEASE BY THE W.H.O SAYING LOCK-DOWNS ARE WORSE THAN THE VIRUS AND TO STOP LOCK-DOWNS LOL 99.98% SURVIVAL RATE !!!

    2. @RAndrew Ohge Don’t talk to trolls I hear because they are being paid to spread misinformation and they get extra money when you respond. I like presidents that don’t need trolls. 🤦‍♀️
      🗳🌊🌊🌊

  7. Hey from Ontario! It has not been fun and people here are suffering too, but we have socialised medecine & our federal government rolled out a payment plan for those who can’t work due to covid. This has helped a lot but some people will still fall through the cracks. However, you can see by that map the stark difference between how our countries are run. Please do NOT re-elect that sorry excuse for a human being.

    1. Hey from a fellow Ontarian! He was right about it feeling like we’re living in the apartment above the meth lab wasn’t he?? 🤣

  8. The facts are that Canada has a public health system that works and that Canadians respect their doctors and scientists. And more to the point our federal government and the provinces co-ordinated their efforts and despite Trudeau having a minority government, he took responsibility early on to mitigate the effects of Covid-19. Also, we don’t have gun-totting maniacs on our streets nor an ignorant leader who tries to intimate people into believing that Covid-19 is a hoax. What’s happened in the US under the Toxic Tweeter is so sad. Americans need to wake up to the fact that in the eyes of the world, America is a failed democracy. I hope that Biden can restore some sanity.

    1. Trudeau at least practices what he preaches he wears a mask all the time unless he is speaking at a press conference. He tells Canadians to wash hands, socially distance, avoid crowds and download the Covid alert app every chance he gets. Practicing the rules that you enforce yourself is defined as leadership in Canada compared to the circus in the US.

    1. DOCTOR GUPTA QOUTES THE W.H.O TO ATTACK TRUMP but DOESNT QUOTE THE LATSET PRESS RELEASE BY THE W.H.O SAYING LOCK-DOWNS ARE WORSE THAN THE VIRUS AND TO STOP LOCK-DOWNS LOL 99.98% SURVIVAL RATE !!!

  9. Americans, for the most part, are not allowed into Canada at this time. That certainly helps. Trump keeps trying to open the border (weird that) but Trudeau keeps it closed.

    1. They are allowed by flight if they quarantine for 14 days but not if you drive a car unless it is for healthcare or emergency family matters like a sick parent or funeral I think.

    2. Trump closed us off from China and he was ridiculed. Should we just close the entire world down for the “flu”? CDC said only 6% of those that died were a direct result of COVID. 12K. Thousands have immunity and anti bodies because they had it with no symptoms…….just like every other flu. So, they get tested and test POS because the test doesn’t know the difference between COVID and anti bodies without a specific anti body test. Seems that is what they should be testing for AFTER a POS test with a patient that has no symptoms. Too much common sense to do that though as it will destroy their narrative. We are watching the slow destruction of our world economy. Look at London. Think about that and know 99.8% of all people recover within days…..just like the reg flu. The old people etc should be quarantined, not the entire population. How many people died of pneumonia this year according to the numbers? I rest my case because there are none. The flu causes old people to die of pneumonia by 50k a year in the US. Why aren’t there pneumonia numbers? hmmm

    1. Rose Winter

Keep our boarders closed ??????? its Borders !
are you an American by any chance ??? they cannot spell too

    1. You know Sally what kills me bad choice of words is we are supper polite till we don’t have to be, all Canadians new and know what they need to do to protect themselves and others. I think it is instilled in us. When yu hear UAS chants. I think we don’t need to chant we are Canadian and we know it. Stay safe

  10. I listen to the daily lies Trump tells to his supporters and it really is criminal. Trump is a mass killer no different then others. He kills with lies instead of a gun. So sad you have so many who believe what this vile man says. Canada actually has leaders telling them the truth and following the science.
