Biden & Trump are both undergoing extended lobotomies under the surgical skills of Father Time, as recent evidence has clearly demonstrated. So we are in 25th Amendment territory in either case, and should ask whether we want the remainder of the next 4-year term to be filled by Mike Pence or by whoever Joe picks as his running mate. Rarely has the VP choice been so crucial.

@Sheryl Strack You are right, but his father was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. Dementia is just a symptom of the disease, which can span 25 years. My mom started showing signs at 73. Facts from different stories would be mashed into one. Next, she started to replace words like Trump did with “oranges” and “origins” words that sound similar. Alzheimer’s is not just memory loss. When he started to get frustrated in the Axios interview, shuffling the papers and rolling his eyes as if the reporter wasn’t “getting it” – to myself, I said, OMG, that’s what Mom used to do. Her mother had it as well. I lived with and cared for both of them. It’s an ugly disease, that even though I do not like Trump, would never wish it on him or anyone else. I am concerned for Biden as well, although I believe his cognitive abilities is do to normal aging. This is why there needs to be regulations passed about capping the age of anyone in public office. Trump 74, McConnell 78, Biden 77, Pelosi 80…and too many others to list.

I live in Texas and we have a higher standard of living in the Lone Star state where the costs are lower and the people are friendlier.
