The killer has resigned. That means she gets her pension , and probably no jail time because they didn’t fire her. 🙄

“I will tase you” was for the body camera only. A pistol and a tasser don’t look the same, don’t feel the same, and don’t weight the same. If the officer gets away with this every rogue officer across the country will yell “I will tase you” (for the body cam) before pulling out their gun and murdering unarmed blacks.

lack of ongoing weekly or monthly training. Officers can go weeks or months without having to draw their weapon or tazer on a person that’s a threat. Training requires additional funding. How’s “defunding the police” sounding right about now?

If the gun didn’t flip out of her hand from the unexpected recoil of a firearm then she was gripping the hand stock in expectation of recoil. She knew exactly what was in her hand.
