typical canadian thing idk why were surprised here. i wish i lived in canada.
if this ever happens to any one else out there please remember to use the shifter….pop in to neutral or park. Putting a car in to park while moving will cause transmission damage but it is better than rolling in to a highway…using neutral for a bit if not going downhill will slow the car as well.

Was the e-brake located on the center console? Or maybe use the SHIFTER?
