  1. I hope the Supreme Courts decide to keep the ACA as is, especially during the time of this virus that is so detrimental to our country and it’s people.

    1. Considering the questions from Chief Justice Roberts and Justice Kavenaugh, it looks like the ACA will stay. Put their votes with the liberal justices, and it will not be overturned.

    1. It’s in the Supreme Court court because Donald Trump despises Obama and anything good that he did . also .he does not care about the United States of America or the American people. PERIOD

  2. The harm is in the indignity of being asked to help out your fellow man 🙃 it’s just so unchristian 👻

  3. If you suffer from a pre-existing condition you can still apply for private health insurance and, in most cases, the insurer will accept your application. However, your policy may include a waiver (or exclusion) for the particular condition you’re currently receiving treatment for.20 Nov 2019

    1. Sukhbir Sekhon Don’t know where you’re getting your information… but speaking as a doctor, I assure you that you are absurdly inaccurate in what you say. Your comment is NOT factual, it’s not realistic. And there is an inherent danger to people and their expectations for healthcare and viable insurance… when you announce such a falsehood. Period. You should feel shame in purporting such a claim….. there is NO ‘“in most cases” about it.

    2. @K. McKee
So are you saying that a person with preexisting conditions is entitled to exactly the same private healthcare plans as someone without any preexisting conditions?

  4. Thank god…my wife and I are tired of having to worry all the time about losing our healthcare. Republicans are crying MAGA rivers at this point…the Senate is next….You reap what you sow.

  5. Doing away with the ACA would be murder since we know that people would die without it.

  6. Of COURSE Trump’s been lying through his TEETH about saving the protections for pre-existing conditions!

This should’ve be surprising or shocking to ANYONE.

What’s really surprising, and really shocking is that OVER 70 million Americans STILL believed his BS enough to vote for him last week!

It’s like basic honesty and decency simply doesn’t even matter to a not-insignificant percentage of the population anymore.

Obama was continuously called out and is still talked about in Republican circles for falsely claiming that if you liked your doctor you could keep your doctor when he was trying to PASS the Affordable Care Act.

It was one of the more important talking points the GOP had back then against him, and was mentioned seemingly non-stop on Fox “News” as if it was a Monica Lewinsky-scale scandal for the Obama administration!

But Trump is allowed to lie multiple times a day, absolutely EVERY day about far more consequential things, all eventually adding up to a “record breaking tens of thousands of lies and falsehoods told by a US President”, and STILL not lose any of his Republican support?!

The double standard couldn’t be more starkly apparent.

  7. Only Republicans would be so despicable as to want to take healthcare away from American citizens during the worst pandemic in 100 years.

  8. Trump is Appointing people that are loyal to him over the country, think about that, they are open traitors to the US
