The Supreme Court of Canada's Richard Wagner told a news conference Thursday that all players in the justice system are reassessing what they do, how they do it, and how effectively they meet the needs of the people they serve.

    1. @Melissa Williamson you still have the right to international travel just not by any means you wish which includes charter flights but go ahead and book a private one all you like

    2. @ryan radcliffe I have an RV and I cannot drive it across that northern border unless I subject myself and my children to testing that has been proven to be giving false results! I should not ever have to disclose my health status with a border agent, ya know, those HIPPA laws, unless I am immigrating to that country, and I am not, been there done that, went thought that in 2003 and became a dual citizen in 07

    3. @Melissa Williamson and the fact you cited American laws like they mean anything in Canada makes it known you don’t know what you’re talking about

  1. If The Supreme Court is the gradian of our constitution ? why are you letting JT take our rights away with out saying a word?

    1. @ryan radcliffe The charter has been violated; have you not been paying any attention at all……

  2. I am more interested in knowing why we have such a backlog not on the vacations you take with my tax dollars.

    1. @Henry lhd2 yes I have not seen one court case that supports your view and neither have you, so untill the verdicts are complete they are irrelevant.

    2. @Henry lhd2 and the whole fact you think certain court cases aren’t thrown out the window that makes you think you’ve already won lol

    3. @ryan radcliffe I didn’t even say what my view was.
Not sure why you would say court cases regarding the charter are irrelevant.

    4. @Henry lhd2 because they have not concluded which means you can’t use them as a defence saying out charter rights have been violated

    5. @ryan radcliffe I have not used the active cases for anything or any position.
Again, you are making erroneous assumptions.
In regards to the cases not being thrown out, again I did not say they were “won” but what is important is that the courts did not find them frivolous and finds the plaintiffs have set out enough convincing material at the outset to proceed.

  7. Mister Chief Justice, you express about being the guardian of Canadian constitution, how about the immoral and unconstitutional imposition of bill 96 to the residents of Montreal and Quebec?
