    1. @Juanita Washington Hey Juanita do not listen to this clown name Jay Hay.He is obivious a racist moron.

    2. @Jim Eagle Lol I’m sure nobody says that about your methed out kids, so how about acting like an adult okay little buddy 😉

    1. @TheGheyMantis – Did the Defence not edit the entire video to use the last 10 secs of the video when ambulance arrived to show knee on shoulder blades when 5+ mins clearly seen by all that Chauvin’s knee was ON the neck. lol. What’s the difference?

    2. @Cesar Molina – lol. Where are Chauvin’s friends, Thao, Lang and King to help the blue bond? 😂
Who is sitting in Chauvin’s family row. What’s the definition on family?

    3. @Cesar Molina – he gave you facts, however, you were the ME or medical experts, lol, so I guess you know lmao.

    4. @Wesley Swafford everything you said is racist, which I doubt you care about given your statement but it is also untrue and uninformed. It’s not about free stuff. If you had to fear for your life everytime you left the house, you would respond the same way. You are trafficking in tired tropes and nazi propaganda. Head’s up, Hitler lost.

    1. @Coyotes20 What does being a criminal hv to do with this medical doctor ( licensed doc) stating facts smh….. its sad that ppl try to make this about one side against the other, instead of seeing the truth.

    2. @Juanita Washington these are some severe @#$* heads. The sky is blue and they will claim its purple. They want all the facts tainted just to hide their undeniable truth…RACIST❣

    3. @Juanita Washington im stating a fact he is a violent criminal and heavy drug user. He was not murdered, the cops knee was never on his neck. That was proven in court, it was on his back shown by the body cam.

    4. @Krissy kriss you don’t even know what the word racist means. You don’t know anything and wouldn’t know what a fact is. A fact is not your feelings.

  1. When you are busy posing for the cameras with your hand in your pocket, you just don’t have time to make sure that you are not murdering your suspect.

    1. @Falcon 18 soooo Falcon, the specialists who said the primary cause is not the drugs are crazy right? Why are you choosing to ignore facts???

    1. @Cesar Molina i’ll show you when I get out. Go go find some kids in the meanwhile

    2. @Eric the Red no you are wrong it was already proven his knee was not on his neck, it was on his back.

  2. Saying “I believe…” gives the defense an opening to dig deeper into this witness. The cardiologist should’ve just stated that “Mr Floyd’s death was absolutely preventable” and that’s it.

    1. @Matthew MacDonald so why wasn’t there any damage to Floyd’s trachea? I’ve brought that up several times and nobody has given a suitable explanation.

    2. @Matthew MacDonald so why wasn’t there any damage to Floyd’s trachea? I’ve brought that up several times and nobody has given a suitable explanation.

    3. @TheGheyMantis How many times do you need to be told that one of the doctors who testified today stated that any exclusion of bruises doesn’t mean that this method of obstructing Floyd’s airway didn’t occur. You can see CLEAR AS DAY (on the video) that Chauvin’s knee was on Floyd’s neck (again for 9 mins and 29 seconds). George Floyd was murdered and you’re trying to justify the fact that he wasn’t by saying that drugs induced his death when the testimonies from the past several days conflict with that claim. Are you ok? You sound deluded…..almost insane.

    4. @Trent Timoy the prosecution admitted that Chauvin wasn’t on his neck for a very large portion of the 9 minutes, that he was on his shoulders. And I’ve already acknowledged that the lack of bruising isn’t proof positive of strangulation, but calls it into serious doubt, and just because it’s possible to be strangled without any damage to the trachea doesn’t mean you get to just say that’s what happened without explaining why it happened. This case isn’t looking good for the prosecution, the only way you could possibly see it otherwise is if you just haven’t watched any of the defense (which is likely, because you only watch what your puppet masters tell you to watch), if you’re so deeply indoctrinated into the leftism cult that you just don’t understand what words mean, or if you’re just flat out lying.

    5. @TheGheyMantis It’s obvious your tone is for an acquittal but that’s NOT going to happen. I’m not sure what trial you’ve been watching but ALL of the evidence and testimonials point to the fact that Chauvin’s knee was the culprit that killed Floyd. That is without a doubt. I’m not sure how the defense can come back after all of these expert testimonials (did you even bother watching Dr Tobin’s expert analysis of what happened to Floyd’s breathing apparatus and his neck??) but it’s an exceptionally steep hill to climb. I’m not sure why you keep bringing politics into this…it’s OBVIOUS you’re a Magat and only think one way…which is sad because it’s a “bad way”. Try and understand that. Btw, on a side note, ALL of those Magats (none of them were antifa or blm in costume….sorry chumpers) that invaded, pillaged, destroyed property and murdered a cop at the DC Capitol on Jan 6th, 2021, are ALL on the NO FLY List now. Only special people get to be on that list. I know you LOVE Sore Loser Chump and his pathological LYING which doesn’t surprise me one iota.

    1. @Aperson156 so by meaning… if you were in a bar and a fight broke out and you just punched the other person and they hit the floor and cracked their hard opened and died, than by definition you are a murderer. This is 3rd degree murder.

2nd degree murder is like “crime of passion”. Walking in on your wife and finding her with another man in your bed and you killed them both.

1st degree … well pretty much killing a person with intent (planned)

This isn’t a 1st degree murder trail. I can see him maybe getting the 3rd degree charge with the 2nd degree battery/assault charge and the 2nd degree murder the prosecutor Hail Marry

Also the codes are different in all states but the meaning are roughly the same.

    2. @Cesar Molina Yes, I copied and pasted that from the Minnesota laws, so it should be accurate for this case.

To me, with the evidence provided and the witness testimony so far, it should be 3rd degree murder easily. I think the defense has a huge hole to dig themselves out of. But that’s just one man’s opinion.

    3. @Aperson156 I don’t know? I think the defense is doing a good job but I don’t think it helps with some of the key witnesses. Some can’t remember certain things but can answer all the prosecutor questions? Just doesn’t sound right but I’ll keep watching.

And yes I saw the codes. They are different from Texas but say pretty much the same thing.

Personally I think the 2nd degree assault will stick but maybe the 3rd degree murder charge. I say maybe because if they prove that it was the drugs than this charge won’t stick.

That 2nd degree murder isn’t going to hold. That is like a wishful thinking.

    4. @Cesar Molina I dunno. To me the strongest point the defense has made is the “if he died in his living room…what would the cause of death be?” but that’s a hypothetical that ignores the facts of the case.

It’ll be interesting to see what the defense does when they’re the ones calling witnesses.

  3. Can you imagine if Derek Chauvin walks 😂 god their will be so much public backlash across the states lol 😆

    1. @Lp78Ch most people will get mad at your comment. It’s like he would get an acquittal which will be crazy. But if that happens, Derrick will never live a normal life.

    2. @Question & Research Why would anybody get mad? It’s a valid observation. Acquittal is forthcoming. These doctors were terrible on cross. Did you watch the whole thing?

    3. @Lp78Ch No. I did not watch cross. I was in and out. What they were saying was very factual.

  4. WOW! I wasn’t aware that one of the other officers actually said, “I think he’s going to pass out”. That is a damning statement after which Chauvin still refused to get off of Mr. Floyd’s neck. MURDERER!

    1. Yeah his knee was on his neck for about 8 minutes of the 9 1/2 min of him on the ground they didn’t prove his knee was on his back the whole time. Don’t know what video your watching but he clearly had his knee on his neck which cause the man to die regardless if he was on drugs or not the moment he stopped breathing and moving he should have got off top of him and started trying to save his life. It’s sad that a cop at the guys feet says he u think we should get him up he is obviously dieing and he says no he’s now moving. So yeah in my eyes he would still be alive if he would have never put his knee on his neck for that long of a period

    2. @Chuck Durham no they showed a side by side of the body cam and the cell phone video. The knee was on his back not his neck

    3. @Chuck Durham he would be alive if he didnt take 3x the lethal limit of Fentanyl and meth and have a bad heart.

  5. The monster kept his knee on Floyd’s neck for two minutes *after* Floyd was already dead. What did he think he was doing, fighting zombies?

  6. I have watched this trial in its entirety. It’s clear to me that Chauvin didn’t care if George Floyd lived or died. I can’t imagine any further testimony can change my mind at this point.

    1. That doesn’t matter, that’s not his job and he did his job. He did nothing wrong and it was not murder

  7. Chauvin will be able to show off all of his moves shortly here 🤧 from the shower to the bunk.

  8. The lawyer is about to say hypothetically that if George Floyd didn’t get out the house, his death would of been prevented. 🙄🙄

  9. The doctor/specialist last week put the icing on the cake for me.
Chavin knew exactly what he was doing and if he get free and reinstated as a cop, he’s going to do it again

  10. Yeah the family should’ve helped their drug addicted family member. Apologize to this officer and be done with this boring story.
