Alright I have read tons of comments about this taking months. The latest estimations by everyone, not just those in government, is mid-late April at the latest. In 2008 it took 8 weeks but we have that to help speed it along as the process is already there this time.
On top of that it is a wee bit more serious. What *can* take months is if they have to mail it because the person didn’t do their taxes electronically for payments *or* deposits with the IRS. For those it could be four months easily.
That check will come just in time for the banks to close…
