  1. So the only indictment handed down had NOTHING to do with Breonna’s death? 😱 According to today’s decision, Breonna’s case had NOTHING to do with Breonnna. Crazy!

    1. @Gary Marino that wasn’t the boyfriend. That was another dude claiming his reparations. 🤣Boyfriend had already been arrested prior. 🤣😂🤣🙃🤷‍♂️

    2. @Slappywag Waggings that wasn’t her bf. 🙃 that was another dude claiming his reparations. 🤣 bf had been arrested prior.

    3. @Astrea Willis Baloney. They did not announce themselves as police and her boyfriend was justified in firing or else he WOULD HAVE BEEN PROSECUTED and would now be in jail. He was African-American, so the laws would definitely have been applied against him. He was not, so they did not announce themselves.

Joy Reid’s comments are exactly correct. See https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4jAhD6huw7A However, she misses one point. What would have happened if the policemen had instead shot one of the more powerful ethnic/other groups in America? What if this had happened in Beverly Hills to one of the residents of that city?

There would have been immediately an investigation, termination, and prosecution of all policemen. Let us face it, minority members who are looked down upon by certain other groups, like African-Americans, Hispanics/Latinos, Muslims, Native Americans, etc., have been electing members of other groups who only PRETEND to represent them. They only pretend to care for their welfare. See Winners Take All by Anand Giridharadas, which is about the rich, but applies nevertheless, because the wealthier groups only PRETEND to care about the poorer members of our society.

Minority members who are looked down upon by certain other groups, like African-Americans, Hispanics/Latinos, Muslims, Native Americans, etc., should elect THEIR OWN MEMBERS OF CONGRESS, LEGISLATORS, etc., who will then actually care about representing their interests and retaliate if some racist police department decides to overlook a negligent homicide or sanction an intentional killing by allowing some policeman to shoot an African American seven times in the back, or to choke to death some young, small, skinny African American who they could have merely arrested.

I cannot enumerate all of the murders/killings for which the lists will keep getting longer as long as African-Americans, Latinos/Hispanics, etc., do not elect members of their own racial/ethnic groups to legislatures, congress, etc. See https://www.latimes.com/opinion/story/2020-06-04/police-killings-black-victims

There is an effort right now to forestall that by preventing minority members, who go to underfunded schools with horrible conditions, studying in unheated trailers that are too cold in winter and too hot in summer, from getting any affirmative action help, from becoming lawyers, etc., and being able to send such representatives of their own. They are even trying to cut funding for school lunches, because studies show that children’s brains will not develop properly if they can just deprive them of enough protein. See https://www.fatherly.com/love-money/trump-administration-national-school-lunch-program/ and https://www.health.harvard.edu/blog/brain-food-children-nutrition-2018012313168. See also https://www.nutritionnews.abbott/pregnancy-childhood/kids-growth/why-is-protein-important-for-kids-growth/, which shows the depth of the evil that members of our government practice, particularly this orange president, because they are trying to deprive poor, often minority, children of enough protein to hamper their brain development.

    4. @Masson H Dear Morons, those warrants merely mean that they can knock down the door to rapidly get inside to seize the drugs before the perpetrators can flush the drugs down the toilet. They do NOT allow police to go into anyone’s house, without announcing themselves, so that in many jurisdictions the law allows the occupant of the residence to use deadly force to defend themselves. I guess the average intelligence of Americans truly is plunging down are some reported.

    1. Non whites dont understand our justice system. A lot of whites dont understand it either. It’s really just time to start talking about separation at this point. What are your thoughts on the coming separation?

    2. @Melinda Reeder . The separation is inevitable now. Just a matter of when and how. The problem is no one is talking about it. I think everyone will be happier after the coming separation.

  2. Cops should have to take out malpractice insurance just like a Dr. The more questionable their actions their ins rates go up.

    1. Yeah add that to list of free insurance programs supported by the left. Add more money and hope for less corruption. Great idea.

    1. Louisville’s crime lab couldn’t even do a ballistic test to tell which firearm fired which round, the FBI could. 12 Witnesses did not hear The Intruders identify themselves, three cops and one individual say they did identify. The occupant who legally fired in self-defense was never hit but she was hit six times. Since when is killing an innocent and armed bystander self-defense? In the original reports there was no report of injuries. Any prosecutor can get an indictment from a grand jury if they try.

    2. @mumbojumbodude why don’t you research the difference between a manual and procedure and law. Don’t ever be in the same room is a criminal you might get shot as an innocent bystander and that would be legal.

    3. You still taking note the grand jury never investigated the legality of the warrant. Is still the possibility of murder charges on the federal level. At the state level there was no indictment so there is no double jeopardy. Any death occurring during the commission of a crime is classified as murder. If the warrant is found to be invalid this becomes the case of home invasion.

    4. @Dawn Anderson I’m just happy another drug dealer is off the streets, not poisoning more young black people.

  3. So now, we, as law abiding citizens, need a hidden camera in our home and a body cam on us at all times to protect ourselves? Forget guns, we need cameras!

    1. @three blind mice Yes, he did in self defense, the cops got the wrong house, and they shot back excessively, no one shot warning, just blazed the place with shots, yup seems totally fair

    1. How convenient, drug dealer linked to dead body in her rental car and shot first at arresting officers.
No one thinks about the absolute poison she was to her own community and people.
      Good riddance

  4. OK, let’s stop this “No-Knock” garbage…they had one, but they clearly did knock…based on not just their statements but her boyfriends…had they actually NOT KNOCKED I really don’t think her BF would have had time to shoot…they were both up and out of bed…that is NOT how a NO KNOCK goes…so THANK YOU, MSNBC for at least once pointing that out…so many lies told early by Crump and cronies…people have believed LIES for months…100% SHAMEFUL that BODY CAMS not funded…SHAME!

  5. It seems to me that the person that should be charged with her death is the guy that had the warrant. I mean, unless I’m mistaken, his shot started the whole thing. Jmo! Peace!
