    1. @Erik Conradt sure I understand. He is in court for more than likely going to prison for murder and he makes an effort to look that nice…he is so vain. I honestly do not think I could care less about how I looked if I thought I may be going to prison for the rest of my life.
I was being serious. That suit just looks way too fancy for someone facing prison for murder.
People who are that vain usually are narcissistic and care about freedom and definitely cannot handle being in prison…look at Jeffrey Epstein for instance.

EDIT: I just watched the video again the suit does not look as nice as I first thought…but he does not look like the kind of person who can handle prison that’s for sure.

    2. @Art, Garden, Food Expressions You know the Average sentence for his crime for those with no prior convictions is 12.5 years in his state? The judge sentenced him well above average

    3. @Gerald Grenier plea agreement was tossed out by trumps DOJ as it was too lenient,he agreed to ten years before this. Despite that you need to reference sentencing guidelines and commentary, other factors played a role in his sentencing as he was a law enforcement officer,he knew better

    4. @HelloMoto the DOJ Trump or otherwise had noting to do with this sentence or trail, These where State charges, State preoscutors and statessenticng guidelines. His federal civil rights case hasn’t started yet

    1. An easy and lame joke. Without even looking, I can guarantee you that there will be dozens of others just like it.

    2. @Brian Sweda, oh let’s see. He comes in many colors, usually over six feet tall and his mama refers to him as “husky”. Not someone you want to meet in a dark ally but someone you always want on your side.

  1. Judge had mercy on him. He watched a convicted murderer murder an unarmed man and did not give him the max.

    1. @D Engelhard
What about justice for all the people that lost their homes and businesses and lives in the BLM riots last year?

    2. @Omegaforce 1

      What about this.
      What about that.

      You people are so pathetic.

When you’re talking about 1 thing, you’re talking about that thing. Not about something else.

What about the crimes committed by….. (insert name or group)

      Please. Shut. Up.

    3. @D Engelhard thank you. Absolutely nailed it. Another fact that isn’t that known. Our intelligence agencies believe that much if not most of the violence and destruction in BLM protests was actually a product of far right exstemist groups faking being part of the protests but really doing all the damage. I believe it is stated that over 98 percent of BLM protests were peaceful and non violent. But some gotta lie, distract and project.

    1. @Aedammair Ornóra fascists are right wing conservatives.

If you conservatives had brains, you wouldn’t be conservatives.

    2. @Aedammair Ornóra the joke went over your little head didn’t it? If you are against fascists, that means you are antifa…

But you aren’t anti fascist. You ARE a fascist. One who isn’t smart enough to know fascism is a right wing ideology.

    3. @Chris Jorgensen even if all your made up bs were true, it still doesn’t give anyone the right to murder him while he’s incapacitated and on the ground.

Pretty pathetic when your best defence, isn’t a defence. Its just you proving you don’t have morals, or know the law.

    1. @gene noble May be we will never know. What we know is a criminal n drug addict resisted arrest there by causing a lot grief n hatred among communities.

    2. @wayne M the crazy thing is america is by far the least racist country in the world. Ask any american black or white who have lived anywhere oversead and they will tell you this. Imagine what other countries are like

    3. @Brandon Smith No matter what country you live in its just wrong to hate someone for the color of their skin and if America isn’t first for heat were not far behind.

    1. @Karen Shumer innocent unarmed black men?!?! You make me laugh 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
You must be a white woke folk fo sho!!!!!

    2. the crazy thing is america is by far the least racist country in the world. Ask any american black or white who have lived anywhere oversead and they will tell you this. Imagine what other countries are like

    1. @William Royer how about justice for all the ones that lost homes and businesses, some even their lives at the hands of the BLM in the riots

    2. @Sandra Louth where’s the justice for the ones that lost homes, businesses and many their lives in the BLM riots last summer?

    1. Do stupid stuff, win stupid prizes. Cheat, rob, steal and do drugs gotta pay the price. Unfortunately a good man lost his life and is behind bars for making the world a much better place.

    1. @Delaware History So, i know what it means, do you actually think that you are Smarter than i am., and i said you must be a Racist. Since you are Dismissing me, i think , you need to ( STFU ) Period.

  2. Mattew Frank the Prosecutor and whole Team and ALL the witnesses, was the
Boom-dot-com!! I know the family and the community world wanted more but, at least he is going to jail and not getting only probation. (Sh+÷, we normally get nothing and cases swept under the rugs).
Had it not been for that young lady recording and turning in that video….🙌✊🙌

  3. Quite the low bar for the American justice system when a cop who murders someone and gets 22 years is seen as “progress.”

    1. @Alias Nineteen In response to a guy promoting vaccines to people who aren’t refusing vaccines. My only point was he should be appealing to Trumpists.

    2. In other countries cops go free. Sad to say but the usa is by far the least racist country in the world

    3. @terry harker since a paragraph is clearly not in the cards, can you possibly create a legible sentence?

    4. @A Higher Vibe I’ll try mister man when I voice text depending on what I’m voice texting about I think people will get it if they are smart enough if it doesn’t come out right I don’t care because some things just aren’t even really worth of reply and I’m sorry I didn’t punch you ate this for you figure it out go correct somebody else

    5. Do stupid stuff, win stupid prizes. Cheat, rob, steal and do drugs gotta pay the price. Unfortunately a good man lost his life and is behind bars for making the world a much better place.

  4. He deserved a harsher sentence, but this is much better than it could have been.

  5. He has several other cases pending against him so he’ll do more than the 15 year minimum if he can survive the justice that the general population in prison wants to serve him.

  6. Had he remained a cop he would have killed someone else. Maybe he would have gotten away with it. Now he won’t.

  7. He got off easy. What a shame. If this was an person out of a uniform he would be life without parole

  8. Don’t duck the book, Derek. Take it in the face like the rumored “man” you pretend to be.
