Man I really felt sad for this kid. During his entire testimony he said once “I feel guilty” then said “If I would have just not taken the money, none of this would have happened”. I wish this kid the best of luck. Hopefully he stays strong. Maybe he will read this but I doubt it but dude, you did absolutely nothing wrong and none of this was your fault.
@American Viking no. We have the evidence that is permitted. A video of a cop kneeling on a man’s back and face. Why does anyone’s opinion matter after official autopsies and videos and testimony and report. You all want guilty so you can say “see he is racist” and not guilty will get a “all white people are racist”. It’s a losing battle either way, but you are all letting a race narrative make you mad.
If George Floyd didn’t resist arrest and ingest a lethal amount of drugs this kid would be fine. The truth sucks

Nothing in the medical report says he actually had a seizure..

They occur due to pain..fear and anxiety..
Which would line up with him having a panic attack due to the ingestion of drugs that caused him to have anxiety and fear being incarcerated due to his own actions ..
You can establish anxiety and fear are sole responsibility due to fact prior to the tactic used he was already mentally and verbally saying he can’t let the officers win..among other things..

I worked in a bank as a teller and we occasionally had someone with a counterfeit bill in their deposit. No one was accused, No police were called, no one was arrested. The bill(s) were simply confiscated. This whole situation was unnecessary.
