  1. Trump’s pandemic response, a partial list:
    – lied
    – called it a hoax
    – blamed Obama
    – praised himself
    – muzzled the experts
    – snuggled up to CEOs
    – whined about bad press
    – told the sick to “go to work”
    – tried to bribe German pharma co.
    – said it would disappear “like a miracle”

  3. DUM DA DUM DUM….on Friday March 13, the president of the united states said…………I DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY…..this statement alone should alarm the country, but to the contrary many think this is a FANTASTIC move such as Devin Nunes, who said…… “Let’s not hurt the working people in this country … go to your local pub,”………………

  4. Actually Grover said he wanted to drown it in a toilet because the most important person to Grover Norquist is Grover Norquist..a delusional egotist.

    1. Andrew Smith Simple minded people don’t understand small business. Being a landlord is a business that needs the cash flow

    2. @Dave Waldon we are in a pickle. Requiring paid sick leave will also hurt small businesses. The next president will be the one stuck with the mess left from this.

  5. I am a german: we have “Short-time-working” installed since decades so the people get their money without working when there is a deep crisis. And also they have public healthcare without paying a cent. I you want you can say it is “democratic socialism” – you name it. It works.

    1. The USA is backward in many ways when compared to most of Europe. The people of places like Hong Kong and Japan outlive Americans on average by 6 years. The US has some great technology but socially it’s still living in the days of land theft and slavery.

  6. Congress has no issue with living off taxpayers for their every need and want, but when taxpayers need help, they nickel and dime us into abject poverty.

  7. “The only thing we have to fear is fear itself.”- FDR
“Ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country.”- JFK

dont forget, “i didnt do it.” and “i dont know anything about that.”
trump is basically the second coming of george washington. “george? did _you_ chop down that cherry tree?”
“no. i dont take responsibility at all. i didnt do it. i dont know anything about that. what cherry tree. there was never a cherry tree there to start with, old man. youre insane.”

  8. So many Americans live paycheck to paycheck and can’t afford health insurance. It’s going to be terrible for the little people.

  9. Give me a break! There are no “leaders” in American politics. A lot of careerist looking to make as much money as possible by serving oligarchs.

  10. Let’s take a moment for the 1% who have lost some money on the Stock Exchange plunging.

Seriously, time to stop posting on social media and take DIRECT action.

  11. Restaurants spend 40-60% of their revenue on inventory/COGS. The rest of the revenue is spent on expenses. They are doing pretty good if they have 10-20% profits. They cannot operate if they have to shut their doors for 3 – 6 months no more than any individual household could pay their bills without receiving a check for 3 – 6 months.

  12. This man is way too calm for having closed so many business…where is he bleeding cash? Bet he has hedged his bets somewhere? He is talking about the working class like he doesn’t have a clue what it will be like…Lets bell the cat…but who will bell the cat? any takers? didn’t think so.

  13. He is correct
Draconian steps are necessary now..actually 2 weeks a.c go is when it should have been in effect.

  14. Are we finally learning just how frail and unstable…
this money system we’ve created actually is…
empty shelves occur in every system where
    the people are panicked…
