In WW II, every state let soldiers vote remotely and the military sent in about 3.2 million absentee ballots, without automation. This was nearly seven percent of the electorate in the 1944 presidential election. Trump is a crying baby and has no evidence of postal fraud or incompetence. He’s just a stable liar.
