    1. silverpairaducks the gop swamp cant get better trolls with all its dark, dirty money anymore?! This is too easy

    2. @John O have you seen the “Brethe act” have you read BLMs marxist manifesto? Do you believe abortion “lgbtq” and the destruction of the family are more important than the children killed in chicago, Atlanta and elsewhere? Its all in their own words.

  1. She sounds like such a smart intelligent woman, she’s right, we have to move forward with a plan and it will be a long haul

    1. long nose meaning she is intelligent, articulate and competent?? VOTE Blue for real leadership to get us out of yet another gop mess in november!!

  2. I love public servants who understand that they have an obligation to their community and do it with love and real dedication. If only we had a federal government that mirrored many of the mayors and governors who work tirelessly for their states and cities

    1. Very well said, Robert. You define an entry level and continuously required qualification in all who serve a greater good.

    1. Tim Kaldahl did
I mention race ? And people in rural areas aren’t killing eachother like in the big cities right now are they?
It’s amazing how soon as someone mentions Chicago. It’s denial dismissal and deflection from it. It’s amazing. No don’t look here look over there. Pathetic nonsense

    2. Tim Kaldahl you seem to take the don lemon approach or the Nancy Pelosi view on it. Oh it’s ok it’s what they do.
Then black people wonder why they are treated the way they are.
Nobody wants to be around that nonsense.

    3. @Tim Kaldahl liberals should not be using statistics for they believe racism is the cause for everything, please do not insult statistics. And stop liking your own comment.

    4. @David Hale I am not denying. Violence in cities is a problem. Separating “gun” violence from other forms of violence is just an attempt to abridge the rights of law abiding gun owners.

Poverty and race are highly correlated. Poverty and substance abuse are highly correlated. Living in cities and experiencing or committing crime is highly correlated.

Lets address the real problem to see if we can give the poor a hand up. Since the war on poverty began there seems to be only two approaches. Kick the bums off welfare or give the poor everything they need. Neither approach works.

    5. @Luna Chung I’m pretty sure I said that if you control for race the numbers don’t change significantly. That is the opposite of what you are asserting that I said.

And I’m pretty sure I didn’t like my own comment, but if I did it was unintentional. I am apparently not a liberal since I use statistics and numbers every day to make decisions. I’ve also been doing my damndest to teach critical thinking skills in my math classes for the past thirty years. Stop accusing others of being ignorant because they disagree with your point of view and actually listen. You may find that you have the same goals even if you disagree on the approach to solving the problems.

    1. @AB Mia sure.. Sure.
You do have emotional baggage.. Counceling just might help..
It must be miserable to alway feel the need try to pump yourself up..

In the meantime crawl back under your bridge… Troll.
I think I’m done here. No more time for your rubbish… But I’m sure you will reply. Only I won’t be reading it. Even though you are truly amusing…
      Bye bye…

    2. Darlene Hawkins Give it up Betty Crocker,I was being facetious until you decided to judge someone’s intelligence.SHE LOOKS LIKE BEETLEJUICE,DO YOU GET IT NOW? Christ, what a miserable tart, pun intended.

    3. AB Mia Everything you’ve written is a reflection of your poor character and no one else’s.

    1. Universal background checks could stop people with violent criminal records from buying guns. Lax gun laws in one state make it easy to sell guns in a neighboring state. Did you not hear her say that people go next door to Indiana & come back to Chicago with boxes of military-grade weapons?

    2. @Kim Cannon Nobody’s talking about repealing the 2nd amendment. All I really want is a federal ban on assault weapons, which most gun owners support. But Chump wouldn’t even support that.

    3. @R C no, no not saying that. My argument is if your a criminal you will find away around the laws. We are a family of hunters. I also don’t understand why someone needs an AK47, except perhaps military. Just my opinion

    1. Yes, we can only hope that Trump get reelected, otherwise America as we have known it will be abolished.

  3. did you know to refinance your mortgage to a lower interest rate all that needs to be done is for the bank to type the new interest rate into the field and then hit enter.
But then it would be hard to justify the $5,000 in fees.

  4. Time gradually hire a new police force with officers dedicated to community based policing throughout this Country

    1. @NewLifeStartsNow Could you also prove to me in a ‘scientific’ way that your mind is not made up, and you just don’t want to confuse yourself with facts?

    2. @NewLifeStartsNow Could you also prove to me in a ‘scientific’ way that the claim ” An education which destroys the mind is no education at all ” is in fact false?

    3. @NewLifeStartsNow Lastly, could you prove to me in a ‘scientific’ way that by asking me a mathematical question will debunk the fact that BLM is Marxist?

  5. The powers that be plan on letting the south side of Chicago get so bad so they can come in and gentrify it.

  6. Stephanie can’t harvest a crop but first plant the seed…. NOW IS THE TIME TO PLANT SEEDS!!! THEN GROWING THEN HARVEST!

  7. CHICAGO IS GOING TO SUFFER FOREVER BC THEY ARE CONDEMNED WITH CORRUPTION AND INTERCITY VIOLENCE. IT’S SO SAD THAT THE MAYOR HAS SO MUCH TO DEAL WITH DAILY!

  8. People are being murdered wholesale in her city, and she’s talking about money? Somethings wrong here.
