China easing birth limits to allow three-children families

China's ruling Communist Party said Monday it will ease birth limits to allow all couples to have three children instead of two in hopes of slowing the rapid aging of its population, which is adding to strains on the economy and society.

  1. So basically this is going to be China’s excuse as to why they have to expand their belt and road initiative much further than they intend.

  2. Ummm so what happens if u already have two children and your pregnant with twins but only allowed to have three. What happens to the extra baby.
