Chris Hayes: Process Complaints Are All Republicans Have | All In | MSNBC

  1. Democrats are fighting for democracy and the constitution, republicans are messing themselves trying to come up with excuses for their cult leader.

    1. CShield: So you agree according to the 6th amendment that Trump should have seen his accusers in court? Because democrats did not.

    2. Joy : Impeachment is not apart of the court system. You would understand this if you understand anything about the three breaches of government.

  2. Notwithstanding the fact that any congressional subpoena issued to current cabinet members would be held up in litigation for the rest of Trump’s first term effectively negating the order entirely.

  3. Republicans in 2019: “There has to be a crime if you are going to impeach the president.”
Turley in 2014: “”While there’s a high bar for what constitutes grounds for impeachment, an offense does not have to be indictable.”
Nice pick for your witness there! 😆😅

    1. Democrats thought the crime was bribery…. Then when asked for real evidence they brought in these fools called law professors to back up their case. Did you think we forgot? The idea of bait and switch might be new for republicans but democrats have been doing it for far longer…

    2. @Joy Phillips Trump broke the law (the Impoundment Control Act) when he withheld funds approved by Congress. There is no provision that gives the President unilateral authority to withhold Congressionally approved funds . If he wanted the funds delayed the legal way to go about it was to petition Congress to delay distribution. Trump didn’t do that. He illegally went behind Congress’ back. It doesn’t matter why, it doesn’t matter how, he subverted Congress. He broke the law. Period. It will be added to the terms of impeachment and on this no evidence is needed. Trump admitted holding up the funds.

  4. As someone following this impeachment trial closely, watching almost all of the live hearings (as well as Mueller’s testimony however boring it was) it’s abundantly clear how criminal Trump and his administration is. One of the reasons for increased military spending in Europe aside from russian aggression might be because of the unertainty in our alliances that Trump is causing

    1. Yeah sure… I noticed you didn’t think it was rude of democrats when they went around asking if Trump had a love child or if he had paid any money for hookers? Democrats asked those questions during the Mueller report… because they tried to get Trump for something.

    2. @Joy Phillips : I wonder, what is the point you imagine you are making? Not only does ‘rudeness’ not figure into this in any way, on either side, but it was perfectly reasonable to question Tramp about his hush money payments to prostitutes. These were campaign finance violations. The only wrong thing there was that the Republicans didn’t ask him the same questions as well.

  5. When are these Republican congressmen, and by extension the Republican voters, going to be charged as accomplices in Trump’s crimes?

  6. Why is Hurley disgracing himself with nonsensical arguments that a first year law student could put to bed? Where’s his self-dignity?

    1. You cannot have self-dignity ‘and’ defend President Evil. That’s like having powdered water. Just add water to rehydrate.

  7. DEMS and Rational REPUBS: do NOT be “tired of the impeachment”!! Stay focused, stay rested, stay healthy. Don’t let hate creep in, but do not either get numb and hide. Take small breaks and be careful, but DO NOT SIT ON THE BENCH. Work hard to get out the vote in 2020! STAND UP AN FIGHT FOR OUR GREAT NATION! #nevertrump

  8. Johnathan Turley is the worse Law Professor I’ve ever seen! Whatever school he teaches at is doing the students a disservice!

  9. I love the Green Eggs and Ham bit. And, I love that Chris Hayes wants to expand the scope. Drumpf is an Unregistered Orange Agent of Russia. We should be using the Impeachment Inquiry to get the evidence that Mueller could not, due to Drumpf’s Obstruction of Justice. Mueller’s evidence of collusion by the campaign staff, any additional Russian conspiracy evidence, and the 10 criminal counts of Obstruction of Justice in the Mueller report should be included in the Articles of Impeachment.

  10. Sam, I don’t like this impeachment process. I don’t like it fast and I don’t like it slow. I don’t like it high and I don’t like it low. I don’t like it here and I don’t like it there. I just don’t like this impeachment process, Uncle Sam I am.

  11. If you can’t argue the facts, you argue the law. If you can’t argue the law, you get Matt Gaetz and Jim Jordan to hurl childish tantrums at the process.

  12. None of them had an answer to matt Gaetz question do the have any fact based from Schiff hearning
    Reply was priceless
    Nothing
I rest my case all over your face
Can anyone give a better answer than these so called scholars
If so you should have been the one testifying lol

  13. YALL ELECTED A DIRTY BIRDIE. YOU KNEW HE WAS KNOWING OF, PUT HIM IN AND AROUND PEOPLE AND THE USAGE IS A FULL LIVE
