  1. Took a long time to get there, but those final words really underline how consequential the Senate’s (in)action will be going forward. Though it only scratches the surface. Not only does this set a precedent for future presidents undergoing impeachment investigations, but it essentially decides whether the moron and any future president can legally leverage foreign aid to their own benefit. In short, this will be an implicit legalization of abuse of power.

    1. “legally leverage foreign aid to their benefit.”? Did you miss the hearings? That never happened with Trump. Obama/Biden yes, but nobody wants to talk about that. They are rolling forward with nothing because after more than three years that is all they could fabricate. He is undoing their carefully laid plans for the demise of this nation, and they can’t stand to see all their hard work and deals with foreign regimes undone. They have done everything they accuse Trump of and it didn’t bother you then. Why is it so concerning now? Frankly, I’m amused to hear all these Democrats come out in defense of the constitution. Any other time it is an antiquated document forced on us by wealthy, white, bigoted racists. Please realize how disingenuous you all look, and know that the rest of us aren’t fooled by Dems being Dems.

    2. The Democrats case is purely speculative and is predicted by here say and basic rebuttal by the presidents defence will squash this impeachment. The premise of this video is correct the stakes are very high for the Democrats, they don’t have the numbers to remove trump, and right before an election they have played into his hands. this has the potential to destabilise the Democrats party for a significant amount of time to come, and could see the United States go throw a very painful period, from an outside perspective ( I’m Australian ) this is hugely self indulgent, un democratic and damaging for the country in which these people took an oath to serve!

    3. But, as a regular person, Trump can then be charged with all of the impeachable offenses he made after he get’s fired, and they could be enforcable in every single court he faces in the future. I want to charge him with fraud when he turns out to have been a federal tax evader.

    1. @John Keith Sure, additional claims can be added. As you may know, Congress will soon depose Rudy G, Trump’s Lawyer, and John B. All of whom can testify to Trump’s intent. House Dems know this. Ask yourself why didn’t House Dems wait until they heard from these witnesses?

    2. @Joe Schofield To the contrary. And that makes it sad. I´m watching the debate right now. Nadler laid it out, corroberated as it is and Collins is just a shame, as usual, just a cringe. Can´t argue the facts, just make them seem normal. You remember when he implied that the american public is basically too stupid to comprehend the case against trump? Like Jordan and the likes, just a shame…

    1. John Thomas I know. There is evidence for george soros funding this all. The man is banned in 7 countrys for trying to overthrow the goverment 🤣. How obvious do the sheep need to get it in able to see. Or.. the commends on cnn are the real bots. Interresting.

    2. @L I like how people are going after trump when Soros has been doing more illegal things and still isn’t behind bars. For god sake they had a island just to have intercorse with minors, yet people still side with them lmfao Hillary got innocent troops killed that had families to go home to. And People still side with them

    1. Hokus Pokus What comments do you want? The democrats are filled with pathological hatred. I watched Pelosi stand up at the podium yesterday beside Maxine Waters and read the articles of impeachment that aren’t violations of the constitution and they have no evidence for. What a joke…
They’re already talking censure and Al Green’s already blabbering about how he can continue with more impeachment’s, like he can pull stuff out of the air. The democrats are the most corrupt party I’ve ever seen and you will lose the house and the presidency because of it next year …

    2. Andy C ..time will tell..by the way, I am a Republican and I have confidence in the Party, but not the president. He’s a trash heap.

    3. Hokus Pokus You’re a republican and you don’t support these accomplishments? I didn’t like Trump, until Trump got in office and started doing what he said he’d do.
My industry can’t find enough skilled help and they’re offering huge sign-on bonuses …

  2. We’re entering the “End Game” …hope🤞 Democrats succeed or this type of law breaking Trump has gotten away with so far will be pass to future corrupt Presidents.

  3. What about the emolument clause , money laundering, witness tampering, tax evasion, compulsive lying? There’s about a hundred other reasons to have Trump impeached, besides that ridiculous toupee/comb over contraption on his head.

    1. dj1200 –
      *WE GOT HIM NOW* Russia!
      *WE GOT HIM NOW* Taxes!
*WE GOT HIM NOW* Ukraine! Duh, wait, we don’t “got him” at all…

    2. If your guys and gals definition of intelligent response is lying, then you all are doomed and damned to reap what you sow.

    3. dj1200 Why don’t we add armed robbery, purgury, burglary, grand theft auto and kidnapping since we’re making stuff up ???

    1. Phylum A “historic moment” forever ruined. In 50 years, folks won’t know what Democrats were thinking by allowing a crazy person such visibility.

    2. DaveDaShrubber I fear we won’t have a country in 50 years with a radical Democratic Party so hate filled they’ll impeach a president for such weak charges. The two articles of impeachment aren’t even violations of the constitution and you already have Al Green talking about more impeachment charges if these fail. It’s ridiculous …

  4. Thanks, Chris. I was having a hard time with bribery not being one of the articles, but you have explained this very well. I like the way your mind works and your ability to distill a whole bunch of stuff into a simple explanation.

    1. Ken D Bribery isn’t one of the articles of impeachment. Bribery is an impeachable offense, but it didn’t happen. The two articles of impeachment are abuse of power and obstruction of congress. Neither are violations of the constitution. The democrats are a joke …

    2. @Ken D Bribery is defined by Black’s Law Dictionary as the offering, giving, receiving, or soliciting of any item of value [withheld military aid and an Oval Office meeting] to influence the actions [televised announcement of an investigation into Biden] of an official [Pres. Zelensky], or other person, in charge of a public or legal duty.

    3. @Andy C Bribery is defined by Black’s Law Dictionary as the offering, giving, receiving, or soliciting of any item of value [withheld military aid and an Oval Office meeting] to influence the actions [televised announcement of an investigation into Biden] of an official [Pres. Zelensky], or other person, in charge of a public or legal duty.

    4. Carolyn Rivergem Bribery may be defined as that, but you know what it’s not? It’s not one of the two articles of impeachment. The articles of impeachment drafted by congress yesterday were abuse of power and obstruction of congress. Neither charge is an infringement of the constitution. Alan Dershowitz (constitutional scholar and liberal democrat) said this impeachment is an abuse of power by the democrats

    1. Barbara Dellis The two articles of impeachment aren’t even violations of the constitution. This is the first time in history that’s happened. The democrats are a joke …

    1. @Folk Aart And yet for some odd reason, the White House transcript is completely different from the real, unaltered transcript. How convenient. You can’t trust anything Trump says.

    2. @Byrd Fornino Impeachment proceedings do not require the court. First step, the House decides on impeachment. Second step, the Senate decides guilty or not guilty. There is no step involving the courts, especially since the justice department has already ruled you can’t criminally prosecute a sitting president, which means the courts are not allowed to get involved.

    1. Never mind undermining our democracy? Yeah just remove him cause you don’t like him, never mind he never done anything that comes close to be an impeachable offense. Asking ukrane to investigate why Biden withheld 1 billion dollar from them for personal reasons is trumps job

    2. mikael englund The Democrats don’t care about undermining our democracy. They’re so filled with hatred and vitriol that they’re blinded to reality. The only silver lining is the longer this sham impeachment goes on, the more exposed the looney left is to independents and the 63,000 people that voted for Trump. Should be a landslide next year ….

  5. At the centre of Kant’s ethical theory was the “categorical imperative”: we must always act in such a way that we believe would be just under a universal law.

Perhaps it is easiest to understand this as a version of the “golden rule”: do unto others as you would have them do unto you.

Trump believes he has a “categorical immunity” from the law of the land. Trump believes that he can do unto others as he pleases. He is not aware of the Categorical Imperative, the Golden Rule or the meaning of a universal law of moral decency.

Why do we take any credence from anything he says? He is irrelevant.

  6. That last sentence of the conclusion of the Articles of Impeachment “disqualification” of pension. Ouch the Burn! No money for trump after impeachment!

    1. @Greg Brady Yeah…sort of. That’s why he needed the Air Force to lodge pilots in his Scottish golf club, right?
When the Russians lose interest in using him to launder their plundered money and Deutche Bank loses remaining credibility for its insolvent loans to a bankrupt American conman where will he get money to maintain his lifestyle?
He’s worth billions you say, yet almost no one will loan him money. Odd that.

    2. @Greg Brady Is that why he exhausted all American loaners and started leaning on crooked russian billionaires to join in? And we ask why he’s so close to russia, it’s clear to me. Greg if he’s so rich why won’t he hand over his tax returns if he’s got nothing to hide. FYI Trump had claimed a billion, BILLION DOLLARS in losses in his 1990s taxes.

  7. The Senate, where the “grim reaper” McConnell has shelved over 200 House bills, will vote against the two articles of impeachment to find DjT not guilty, and at the same time placing the last nail on the Constitution while opening the door to DjT’s dictatorship.

Vote in 2020 to end the reign of McConnell / DjT / Rupublicans.

    1. naturallyme The articles of impeachment aren’t even violations of the constitution. This is the first time in history that’s happened. The democrats are already talking censure. The democrats are a joke

    2. naturallyme
Trump is in no way going to be held accountable for false charges ! Dems can charge him with all the fake crimes they want but with no proof at all about any of their charges , the senate will never convict him..Trump is in no danger of being thrown out of office and his likelyhood of being re-elected gains more support with each day that passes. Especially when the criminal Dems hold a press conference and Pelosi , Schiff or Schumer speaks

    3. toob maniac Well said. The longer this impeachment witch-hunt goes on, the more Americans are exposed to the looney left and their desperation to impeach a president that 63,000 people voted for …

    4. @John Keith

What I.G.Report are you talking about ? It said the FBI was spying on Trump under the disguise of security briefings and that they signed the fisa applications three times using dossier info they knew they had not verified.. You idiots think You got a free pass on this but it just shows that you can’t think like a sane prson..the FBI KEPT USING THE DOSSIER TO GET FISA WARRANTS even after they knew it was bogus..John Brennan knew the Dossier was bogus the whole time but duped the FBI with it..Barr and Durham have got the goods on them..
